Mike is genuinely a fountain of good, and relatively uncommon advice. One of the only people out there that doesn't just say the same points that have been beaten to death for the last two decades.

no cap his advice has made me stronger and my physique better. His nervous system theory about only doing 1-2 reps on warmup weight so you can save all your energy for the main lifts is great. Or how its better to do one extra set of 3 heavy reps than dropping the weight and doing 12 reps with lightweight. Or swapping underhand curls for overhand curls. Or prioritizing incline over flat. Legit great advice

Unironically fr, I still do his warm up, I still do his style of sitting dumbell curls they are goated. Mike isn't all bad. I still take his rest advice
