What's the ultimate cardio, cycling, walking, running or swimming?
>>
>>77269097
Ha I recognize this anime boy. It's the anime boy with F-cup tits
>>
>>77269097
Interval high intensity training.
Regardless of your cardio of choice do 1-2 minutes of moderate intensity, then 10-30 seconds of max intensity, then go back to the moderate pace and repeat until you complete the distance or time.
Also i fucking hate the direction the manga has taken and i blame the mom.

Your mom gets me breathing pretty hard.

nobody swims to lose weight, running kills fatties due to joint stress, and jogging is gay. cycling for most people, then running or swimming if you're already in shape
>>
>>77269097
Usually running just because of how easy it is get into the desired hr range intuitively.

That said it's a good idea to have at least 1 or 2 other forms of cardio you're trained up on that are lower impact than your primary so you can use that mitigate wear, train more and better hold onto your cardio adaptations if you get injured.

Getting injured is not a big deal if you handle it appropriately and know what protocols to follow to get back on the horse.
>>
>>77269097
Whatever you can do consistently without injury.
>>
>>77269110
What happened in the manga?
>>
>>77269097
Swimming is the best cardio because it also gives you a great core workout and causes 0 stress on your joints. Rooning will ruin your joints.
>>
Swimming obviously. How fucking stupid are you that this is even a question?
Post body, you fat bitch.
>>
>>77269097
The best form of cardio is swimming without a doubt, the problem is that not a lot of people have access to a big pool to swim around in, or the time to go all the way to a place that was one
The best cardio you can do at a gym is an elliptical machine or a stationary bike
If you have zero money and time then it's rope jumping and burpees
Another amazing form of cardio are combat sports, specially those that do a lot of sparring
Avoid running, specially sprinting unless you want to be a proper runner. Skipping is good though

You don't swim. Any swimmer who actually does actual cardio with it has had a rotator or similar shoulder/scapula injury.
>>
Swimming but you can’t listen to music while doing it

10 sets of fucking your mother gets me pretty winded
>>
>>77269191
They spent they last two years since uzaki and sakurai got together making everyone on her side of the family see sakurai's dick and everyone is shocked over how big it is, not only the mom and the little sister but also the father and the brother have seen it.

Is the Trampoline pill truth or just propaganda from big bounce?
>>
Hill sprints>swimming>jumping rope>trail running>interval hiit/sprints>cycling>walking in that order or pretty close to it. Though purists could make an extremely broad case that walking is best “overall” but that doesn’t quite jive when you add time actually spent into the equation. Find which one you like and do that, best cardio is the one you actually enjoy because it’s the one you’ll do.
>>
>>77269323

No, this is the big trampoline Jews at it yet again trying to sell you a tramp. 95% of trampoline companies are in fact Jewish owned.

Doing multiple exercises mogs just one every time. If you're not cardio+resistance at a minimum, you're NGMI.

>>77269323
>>77269330
Trampolines are an alright alternative to jump-roping if you keep it fairly low, but catching serious big air is a risk for busting the thing and catching gory orthopedic injuries that don't heal right even with a big team of Jewish doctors.

fuarrk they’ve got there hands in everything now bros

My hairline is receding would it be wise to wear a cap when swimming

The best cardio is HIIT swimming and cycling.
For swimming - breaststroke and butterfly (with fins, obviously), as well as dolphin kick isolations and breaststroke arm isolations with hand paddles.
For cycling - mountain bike uphill sprints. If you are gay, you can try road cycling.
Running is for people who want knee problems and ass cancer. Very popular among DYELs.

10k steps plus sex should be the standard

Walking. For most individuals walking is going to see the best results. Some vaccinated lard bag isn’t going to get anything out of trying to do a marathon or take up cross country skiing
>swimming
I wish people would stop recommending this. It’s good fun and you will have some benefit from it but it isn’t “good for your joints”, it’s terrible for them especially if you already have joint problems
>cycling
You will develop massive legs and lungs but you will also end up spending tens of thousands on it and become addicted to it
>running
I never had more health issues than when I ran competitively

Go for walks and play a sport recreationally like indoor five a side or squash or tennis or something and just enjoy life

Swimming is the best, but the least convenient (unless you live close to a pool/body of water)
Incline walking is extremely underrated, one of the best, if not the best, for building a strong aerobic base
For higher intensity stuff you have plenty of options, like stairmaster, rowing machine
>>
>>77271033
Walking is way too time inefficient in the modern era, humans are too good at it. Nobody got time for that shit but neets
>>
>>77271033
>Walking. For most individuals walking is going to see the best results.
basically 0 results.
>>
>>77269097
jump rope or burpees are best

Jump rope is goated for me because I just stay inside and watch anime. Easy 30 minutes of zone 2 cardio every day. Just take it easy when you start and use enough cushioning, I fucked my feet up by trying to do it barefoot for a few weeks when I started, felt like I bruised my bones
