I did legs, then decided to attempt heavy rdls. Next thing I know my entire body feels light with light headedness. I started getting massive tunnel vision out of nowhere. I had to sit down then stop my workout completely. This is the first time this happened to me. I'm not sure what to do from here on out because now I'm paranoid about this happening again.
