So does it really work or nah?
>>77269380For autoimmune hepatitis induction yes sometimes, building muscle no.
There are only 2 studies of it in human subjects last I checked. One had 11 subjects (lol) and looked at short-term acute effects on hormone/metabolic markers like IGF-1 so not even muscle building. No significant impact was found. The other study actually did focus on body composition and found 0 impact on lean mass gain. Douchette has claimed repeatedly that it will give you 3-4 extra pounds of muscle (the same numbers he used for actual anabolics previously). He's a liar and a conman. The only scenario I can see it having any impact is via a placebo for the 90iq crowd.
>>77269380I felt a big difference in energy levels when I took it, and seemed to gain a little quicker. I took it with ecdysterone at the same time so it might have been both or either but it was not placebo. The effect seemed to reduce over time. Overall it was probably a bit too expensive to be worth it, it's not roids but it does do something.
>>77269409Another point I want to make is the main reason I took it was because when I looked into it there were a lot of people saying it worked great, and a lot of people saying it was snake oil or placebo or whatever. But people had really strong opinions, I mean like REALLY strong opinions, without ever having taken it. Everyone who had taken it seemed to say it worked, everyone who hadn't would practically give themselves an aneurysm spazzing out about how stupid the people who take it are and every one of them is deluded. Like look at this guy >>77269395, not that he's losing his mind or anything but he himself says there isn't any good science on it, therefore it's a palcebo for dumb people. Why? It's just as valid to say there isn't any good science on it yet so we can only go by the anecdotal evidence saying it works. But everyone defaults not just to skepticism, but total assuredness that their vague intuition absolutely must be correct over everyone else's personal experience. I fucking hate this and I hate the know it all fucking retards on r*ddit who act like this so I took it mostly out of spite and fortunately it did actually work somewhat. It's not a miracle drug but if you are really needing that extra 5% maybe its worth it.One other thing is it affected my sex drive, not sure why but it made me less horny. Others have reported the opposite. This seems to imply some effect which may be highly dependent on your baseline hormonal profile. Could lead to inconsistent results for different people. Not really sure, can only tell you it worked for me.
>>77269409>I took it with ecdysterone at the same timeWELL THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM...that shit ack-shilling works unlike turk.
>>77269380You are retarded if you are even considering it. These scams are a dime a dozen...going back to GAKIC in the mid 00s.>>77269420By what what mechanism does Ajuka Turkesterone cause muscle gain or performance boost? There is no causation mechanism even proposed, let alone any studies showing it in humans. Your supposed anecdotal testimony means nothing, since you didnt give dose, duration, starting stats, ending stats, lift progression, blood work, diet etc and you admitted you ran poly pharmacy not Turk solo.Is it just /fit/ or zoomers in general who are braindead?
>>77269395>2 or 4 lbs of muscleWhat the fuck, even if it was true it doesnt justify the price, like, just eat and lift, nigga
>>77269380just lift weights with progressive overload zoomer retard faggot-kun
>>77269380I started taking this and I got arrested for assaulting a gr*ek "person"
>>77269846Kek
>>77269846opposite of my experience, some polish guy beat my ass
yeah I put on 50 lbs of pure muscle while on it
>>77269380Of course it doesnt work. Its the same story thats been replaying since before anabolics became known outside the labs that invented them, some dude comes up with a snake oil supplement that promises results with zero actual science or just evidence in general to back it up to separate desperate and lazy morons from their money. The only thing thats changed since then is how its advertised, instead of it being something you find in the back of a magazine or a late night infomercial its some roided manlet internet influencer shilling it on his youtube videos. If it actually worked the mf selling it would be waving the testing results and data backing it up at you every chance he got.
>>77269440You are very dumb brother, very very dumb. Typical case of a dumb retard who thinks he's very smart, but is actually very very dumb. there is a website called reddit you might like, its full of people like you.
>>77269867Just ordered a 20-pack, I'll report with the results.
