Why tf does my tooth look like this? It's like there's a hole in it did the dentist fuck it up somehow last visit? It's my favorite wisdom tooth too.

It looks like the tooth had a filling that has been worn out (the neighbouring tooth still has one) and now it has secondary decay. Unless you want to pay 5x as much, go to the dentist and have it fixed before it reaches the nerve, that's when you'll need a root canal.
