You should be eating meat, organs (ideally some raw), dairy, some seasonal fruit here and there, but most bodybuilders unironically eat toxic grain pesticide sludge daily, such as oats, cream of rice, protein snacks, powders (toxic waste products with no nutrients), processed candy, etc
They gobble down 500g+ of carbs (most from junk products) a day for no reason, are addicted to drugs, supplements, caffeine, etc. Most of them have an artificial, unhealthy plant-based diet full of poisonous grains, seeds, green leaves, etc. It's crazy. No wonder they have dark eye circles and are constantly exhausted and are deficient in numerous nutrients
Those on roids also destroy their body for inflated balloon fake muscles.
There's also nothing worse than an adult male making pushing metal up and down his entire personality. Yes, it might be preferable to lift at least a few times a week for visual appeal in today's weak, sedentary society, but it shouldn't be your entire life. Get into nature, eat some steak tartare in the sun, eliminate all stress in life that you possibly can, etc.
