Been dealing with what seems like Raynaud’s syndrome for a while now. My hands and feet get cold insanely fast, fingers sometimes go pale/numb, and circulation feels terrible especially in winter or when stressed. Only time when I'm not struggling with this is when I go to the gym, but afterwards, my limbs get cold although I'm at home with 80ºF/25ºC, and my core is warm.Looking for your advice. Apart from stress management and the usual stuff, I feel like diet and supplementation are probably the key factors here.Wanted to ask if anyone here has actually found things that genuinely helped improve circulation or reduce attacks. Supplements, exercises, diet changes, meds, routines, weird tricks, whatever.

1) go to a doctor and find out if it is Raynaud's and not actually something dangerous like onset heart failure

>>77269977I already have anon, thank you, but seems that pills or things like that won't do 100% of the work

Little bit interested.I've tried hand exercises, and some of those work a little. But exercises for ankle/feet don't seem to very work well to improve blood flow?
Standing desk when you use the compoofter, do more cardio, lose weight

Have you been to a doctor? Cold intolerance in general (including reynauds) can indicate a thyroid issue.
>>77270768Yes, thyroid issues was one cause, but did not recommend me to take some yet until next bloodwork
