How much water do you people actually drink daily, and did increasing it noticeably change anything for you?

I’ve been wondering whether hydration has a bigger impact on circulation, energy levels, skin, focus, recovery, etc. than people think. Some swear drinking more water changed everything, others say it’s just internet wellness mythology created by people carrying gallon jugs like emotional support accessories.

And how much do you actually drink per day? It's really confusing for me, given that i can eat picrel in the morning and don't feel thirsty.

10 pints a day

I usually drink around 2 gallons a day, give or take. More if I'm outside doing shit since it's hot and humid as fuck so I sweat balls.

Based and cobra pilled. After his passing me and my friends made some cobra mists and watched our favorite vids.
