And for minerals spam leaf veggies, many people ignore the importance of vitamins and vitamins, they might think they feel like shit because of the calorie deficit but maybe they are lacking some Zinc or Vitamin D.
Most of this shit overlaps and that's the trick, eating "chicken rice and broccoli" for days is for retards, a lot of whole foods are mixed food matrixes, leaf veggies are cheat codes to make you feel full.
