I'm about halfway through a 6-month cut, and as a baseline I force feed myself at least 10-12 oz of chicken breast tenderloins every single day. 5 minutes on the mini George Foreman grill and they're good to go. Usually around 300 calories and already takes care of half my daily protein. Lately I've had to throw in a serving size of different flavored potato chips to make a pallet in my mouth to keep it sustainable. Other than that it's mostly Greek yogurt with protein powder and tuna on keto bread slices. I'm ready to have visible abs bros, I'm tired of trying to cram 180g of protein into 1700 calories every single day.
