Another forum suggested magnesium and right after heavy squats in the morning I take 300 mg. Then another 300 mg that night and it helps dramatically. I try and remember to take it the rest of the week, but it’s intermittent. But I am adamant about taking it on leg days.
Glycinate got me anxiety,racing heartbeat and jaw pain. Apparently some people react badly to glycine in high amount, you need to have good calcium level. Managed to fix it by drinking almost 1 liter of milk. Oxide can be shit or nothing. Citrate (I use those calm magnesium drink) , seem to be best of all for me. Malate, I took it in a blend with the oxide and some other else, not sure if its working.

I got some crazy supposedly 3 hour rem/dream cycle on 30mg of melatonin, it can be hit and miss since you may wake up groggy. Sucrosomial seems too expensive to me unfortunately and only nootropics depot has the best. I heard good things about malate powder but you need to chug it quick since they are bad for teeth and chugging it fast might get you laxative effect.
