Can some anons guide in me in the direction for properly dealing with stretching and strengthening my pelvic floor? I learned its a thing and issues involving some pain/posture make sense now.

Yet when I try and find anything its mostly women and recommending a fucking PT.

Shit I can do multiple days of the week, im already doing yoga.

Seriously, trying to find something male focused is just women being fucking retarded and talking about their vaginas and NEEDING a PT because its “dangerous” or some shit

My shits just tight and weak.

So do you cum too early or is delayed?

Too early but sex isnt my focus for this, posture and back, and I want it in a good spot before I start getting into weightlifting/gym.

My goal is 6 months of daily yin yoga 30-60 mins and whatever else can help my pelvic floor. Im kinda trying going from a bottom up approach. I first fixed my diet and weight along with daily walks+meditation so that parts locked in and going very well

I mean it might be a bit over secure to "be sure" for 6 months before doing any gym exercises which might help you and strengthen overall muscles and better circulation and so.
