How THE FUCK am I meant to hit 20g fiber per 1000kcal?
I can barely get 30 per day and I need to be at 40+

>inb4 Psyllium Husk
That's just 7g for every 2 tablespoons. It tastes like dirt and turns any liquid jelly I need something else
>>
Whole oats. Lentils

Your carbs should be whole grains or beans and you should be eating at least 100g of vegetables a day and a fruit or two in the morning or something

For an afternoon dessert I make a steamed cake with basedbean pulp as the binder, it's over 50% fiber.

I am probably eating 40g of fiber a day without even trying.

Also coffee is high in fiber. Two cups a day is nearly 10g of fiber. Probably more if you use something like a french press or espresso, though I would not recommend that since those would have higher levels of diterpenoids, so stick with paper filtered coffee.

more like 3g per two cups

If you buy finely ground psyllium husk instead of the rough stuff, it's almost 15 grams per tablespoon.

Also I'm just here waiting for the "HURR WHY EAT INDIGESTIBLE MATERIAL" People Who will then be asked to post their body and then will not.
>>
my fat fuck dad keeps telling me how important fibre is but he refuses to lose weight

It's the new HIGH TURBO MOOSLE BUILDING PROOOOTEIN scam
Protein powders arent very sustainable long term so supplements companies are switching their marketing model towards things like "testosterone boosters" (been there forever but resurfacing lately), fiber... Soon they will also target gluten again
You need exactly 0 g of dead plant matter to be functional, healthy and thrive. Just consume fermented dairy and you'll have your bowel movement sorted out
>>
>>77271564
Fibre is bullshit, adjust your diet and you won't need it at all.

>Ketoschizo's bloody butthole advice
No thanks
>>
fibre is the best supplement (assuming you're deficient in it), I'd argue even more important than creatine

nothing beats having big and fast shits every morning, especially the no-wipers
>>
>>77271564
Just mix chia seeds into water and chug it

So this entire thing is a homosexual pseudo-enema diarrhea fetish
Interesting
>>
>>77272041
>homosexual
well yeah we're on /fit/

>pseudo-enema
nothing beats emptying your colon

>diarrhea
literally the opposite. nice, sticky, easy shit

>fetish
I guess by the strictest definition

hey man, enjoy your awful shits. I've started including fibre supplements in my travel kits. even a day without fibre leaves me feeling like shit (heh)

there is this crazy new invetion called „vegetables“, maybe try that?
>>
HURR WHY EAT INDIGESTIBLE MATERIAL
>>
>>77272066
You'd have to eat veggies like a horse to get to 40g+ per day
>>
>>77273637
Nope.
You can easily get there. Omelette with greens for breakfast, lentil soup for lunch, and tacos for dinner. Easy peasy.
>>
Fiber one bars. I remember them being big in the 2000s and then people just forgot fiber was important
>>
>>77271564
Oats?
>>
>>77273669
Fiber is unimportant and it's a fad
>>
>>77271564
If you're shitting every day then why freak out about it
>>
>>77273811
Sure thing
>>
Chia seeds? Just let them soak some liquid before consuming.
