Can walking replace exercise entirely?
>>
Depends on your goals.

If you don't care about gaining more muscle mass and just want to be lean, it's a great option.
So many people, fatasses included, have lots absurd amounts of weight by simply walking for an hour every day.

Exercise and working out is 100% unnecessary to get and stay lean. There are literal billions of people on Earth that are lean without ever doing it.
The only drawback is that a lot of people can't set aside an entire hour just to walk around. Or don't live in an environment where it's safe to do so.

yes
playing pokemon go is a perfectly acceptable replacement for push ups and squats and picking up heavy things

no. walking is not exercise. this is like asking can you replace running and lifting weights with doing the dishes and laundry
>>
Eating ice cream could replace exercise but the results would be questionable

>propelling your entire physical mass around is not an exercise

You ever tried to progressively overload walking? I'd have to walk 255 minutes a day and keep adding 5 minutes a week for it to be equal to what I do in the gym 3 days a week. That's just for cardio.

I find that walking makes my penis more active

No, low intensity cardio doesn't have the same benefits as high intensity cardio or resistance training. It's plenty beneficial, but not in the same way.

no, you add backpack or/and go to terrain with elevation. Then you transfer to hiking, trekking, high-altitude trekking, add climbing for upper body if you wish. Beats gym every time, since I'm a human, not an animal in a pigsty.

I literally run at 5% incline to make it go faster. You're going to be going up hill as much as you've gone down. Since your house or car isn't magically reappearing at higher elevation.

Going uphill/downhill will still always be more of an exercise than walking on flat land.

Little fun fact that's how they make corrida bulls jacked as fuck in Spain, they put their water on the top of a hill in their pasture and salty food at the bottom, so the bull spend it's days going up and down

Can lifting get me a Kobeni gf?
>>
>>77271727
That works because some shit to do with square cube law. We don't weigh enough or walk with our arms enough for that be relevant to our bodies.
