Poliquin was right. Time under tension is the best lifting technique for hypertrophy and mind muscle connection.

love the regrip in this slopperity, nice touch, he's a tad too small for gymnast no? xD

yes bitch bot gpt, except NOBODY NOWHERE DOES IT CORRECTLY - the TUT
i mean that ain't true because i don't believe nobody else figured it out to the degree i did, u just can't see it cause it's censored out in the brave new internatz of today

and it's wrong what you wrote bot, mind muscle connecshun is necessary condition to achieve any time under tension, otherwise u're just gonna clench some shit out u have no clue about and injure it

the most important thing in whole mind muscle connecshun is differentiating between tendon pain and muscle engagement, u know where your tendons are and u know where the bulk of the muscle is, it's just a question of being conscious of what you're feeling in the moment, in actuality whole exercising is one big effort in avoiding the tendon strain while you're loading the muscle with tension, rubbers are best for it, and then you undulate, make small movements in exact plane where muscle is loaded and tendon is not being strained WHILE being aware of not cramping out all the other supportive musculature that is allowing you to perform the movement
why not isometric hold? cause you're gonna cramp something out, cause tension will migrate into friction between muscles and other tissues, between individual muscle fibers, and u want to force specific muscle to WORK, continuously, NOT with constant tension, with continuous, and that's why rubbers are the best, cause they always pull and have zero momentum like weights, not to mention they are infinitely flexible in terms of where is the resistance coming from

i just did biceps and some other shit, lying on side with folded blanked under upper arm, pulling with wrist, shoulder at 70 degs flexion and quite a bit internally rotated

>i just did biceps and some other shit, lying on side with folded blanked under upper arm, pulling with wrist, shoulder at 70 degs flexion and quite a bit internally rotated
and just move through 90 degs elbow flexion with continuous tension on muscle belly provided by rubber - no curl is capable of delivering such beutiful load to biceps, no fancy machine even compares, if ya feel any discomfort in tendons it's wrong alignment of torso in relation to rubber or too little internal shoulder rotation, focus on elbow pressing into padding

it works so well cause it circumvents shoulder joint entirely and allows for free movement of long head biceps shoulder tendon, your upper arm is fixated as if in a vice

it gets way trickier when you don't have the luxury of such nice isolation that's why i was droning so much about cramping out - it's real issue, real problem, and only bodily awareness can solve it

the key to upper body is scapular control

When are we as a society finally going to concede that the only meaningful metric is whether you're reaching failure or not? What causes the need to dispute this? Are people afraid of having to put in effort?

Is this you? I was told it is but I don't know what to believe anymore. Can you post something to prove that it is not you please
>>
>>77272714
Even if you stop a few reps shy of failure you will get some benefits
>>
>>77272934
Lie twice bot, more benefis than with failure - undulating isometrics with rubber is vastly superior to any rep scheme but same principles apply - never reach "failure" meaning never lose control over resistance, what a ridiculous idea
>U need to fail to succeed
xD
>only if you fail to do the thing u actually do it right
> If they kill you they lose
literal brain rot
