Getting one of these and setting up an indoor biking setup was one of the best decisions of my life man.

No more knee pain from double stacking running and 2x leg days a week, can do cardio at home 7 days a week, don't have to leave my house in the winter to do it. Can comfortably get in like 90 min of cardio every day, just pop some movie or a stream on my laptop while cruising at 200W
