Better recovery and sleep and diet gives you more energy
Being jacked lets you use more energy at once
Cardio gives you the ability to expand energy physically for longer
If you are a brain fogged moron you need to do cardio sleep very well and have a good diet that gives you amino acids and vitamins consistently
