i was always kinda slow, low stamina computer dwellercan lifting and cardio turn me into adhd energetic monster?
>>77272277not really im always tired on days im not lifting because im recovering from my lifts. If you want energy become an anorexic runner.
>>77272277i dunno maybeI look like the guy on the left but im trying to get in shape i run 2 to 3 times a week and now hard ones all the timeI masturbate 2 times a day at least and feel a lot better
>>77272277Even we told you the answer is YES, you're not gonna do it so why even make this thread, you lazy piece of shit
Saw a comic once with this scrawny nerd sitting at a computer laughing at memes. Then suddenly he has an epiphany and shouts "what am I doing with my life? I need to get fit!"Next panel he is sitting at the same computer, laughing at memes, and is this huge hulking mass monster. It kinda feels like that.
>>77272277Sure but it's very short lived. I feel like a ferret just chaotic high output for a hour here and there then being practically immobile the rest of the time.
>>77272277no. they can give you a bigger battery and can slightly improve your baseline energy level, but lifting weights and doing cardio will not turn you into some amped-up, high energy workaholic
>>77272292WeirdI’m always tired after lifting, but I’m fine the day after>>77272277My hunch is that you’ll sleep better because you’re actually tired and maybe get a moderate boostI think “not exercising” is part of the “why am I tired all the time” starter pack
>>77272277Nah you still need cardio jacked or not
>>77272277Better recovery and sleep and diet gives you more energyBeing jacked lets you use more energy at onceCardio gives you the ability to expand energy physically for longerIf you are a brain fogged moron you need to do cardio sleep very well and have a good diet that gives you amino acids and vitamins consistently
Getting fit gave me way more energy. Chasing getting jacked ended up exhausting me. I feel real good lately now. Consistently healthy diet and moderate consistent exercise dies wonders.
>>77272277Its independent of being jacked. Weighing less makes every movement easier so effectively gives you more energy. So as long as you have a minimum amount of muscle to do stuff it won't give you more "energy".Comparing fat to jacked, yea jacked has more energy. But comparing skinny to jacked then no
