If you bulk up to +400 lbs naturally doesn't that mean your muscles are the same size as steroid using pro bodybuilders underneath all that blubber you developed?
>>
No because your muscular development will stop somewhere around 2/3/4/5 because you don’t have enough hormones floating around in your blood for your body to continue creating more muscle mass. You’ll also be partially disabled at that point.

that can be solved with nofap + icing my balls.

Peaked at 415, I’ve started trying to unfuck my life and I’m in the 370’s now. You don’t get bodybuilder muscle by sitting around and getting that fat, but with very little effort you can get surprisingly strong. First time I ever bench pressed was a couple months ago, I started with one and worked up to 2pl8. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I was lead to believe. The downside is that you’re physically incapable of high-intensity cardio. I can walk long distances, but I’m gasping for air if I have to run longer than a minute. Overall I don’t recommend.

If you’re lazy it can disable you. If you get off your ass and move you can do everything the average human-sized person can do. Except maybe a sit-up. I’ve lifted over 200lbs and walked over 10 miles at a time while above 400. It really is mind over (a lot of) matter.
