only in the proper senarios. I use to live in the US southwest fun sun all the time, got my ass shipped up north, felt like ass after a while especially in winter with -20F temps. It certainly helped me feel better but only if you were a sun lover and lack sun.

Personally I found vitamin d in capsule and the lanolin version especially your pic related brand not great. Gave me muscle/bone ache at 10k IU, Im using liquid algae d3 now at lower dose, seem ok. I read that docs prescribe people up to 100k IU per week dose, you probably gonna have to take 5k IU x2 during the day since people reporting they get bad sleep taking this at night and check your d3 levels after a month or two. Also like the other guy said, increase your magnesium and k2 (I prefer mk4) , this is due to increased calcium absorption from the d3, and you need magnesium to help overall process now you have extra burden and the k2 to sent those calcium to your bones.
I did blood test two weeks ago. Everything was perfect besides Vitamin D. I believe I have same amount as you. Doctor gave me 25k IU to take once a week for 3 months. I try to go out during day to get more sunlight aswell
