Close enough I'm considering switching a brosplit. Apparently the differnce between x1 and x2 a week is only like 5%-10%. This late in the game it's mostly about isolating where it's needed and having the time to actually put some quality sets there.

Mostly splitting the differnce between schoenfelds older and newer papers. There's really not much science can do for improving YOUR training without you experimenting. Because individual variables in genetics like recovery window are going to be more meaningful to you than some statistic and vice versa.
