That’s a pretty normal response to a huge, carb-heavy meal, especially if:

you ate fast
the meal was low in fiber/protein relative to calories
you were already underslept/stressed
the shake had lots of sugar
the toast was mostly refined bread

A 1200 kcal meal can trigger a strong “rest and digest” response:

insulin spikes
blood flow shifts toward digestion
serotonin/melatonin pathways get nudged
blood sugar rises then crashes
parasympathetic nervous system takes over (“food coma”)

Four toasts + a shake is also the kind of meal that can digest quickly and hit hard metabolically instead of giving steady energy.
