I want to lose weight and be a normal size, but I'm real scared of the loose skin. I don't know if I have gynecomastia or not, but my chest is especially big. I don't want to lose a hundred pounds then end up looking like a deflated balloon. I've been obese for about 10-12 years. Any suggestions on what to do about this?
