Hello /fit/. I desperately need your help. I need to bulk up 13kg in muscle as soon as possible. I am a skinny bitch who is underweight, who gets bullied frequently by his peers both mentally and physically. I cannot handle this anymore. I have been at the same weight for 2,5 years now and even when I bulk up, its incredibly easy for me to lose it. Plaese give me methods I can use to effectively bulk. For now, I either eat 2 meals a day and a snack or eat 3 meals. Yet when I get on a scale. Im the same fucking weight. I work out 3-4 days a week.

Whenever you choose ingredients, think of higher calorie alternatives or things you digest quicker. Also, have one emergency snack or meal replacement ready at all times, so when you get in a situation where you'd typically decide to skip a meal, you can quickly get some calories in, anyway.
