Bicept's tendon damaged. Could be a rotator cuff tear that caused inflamation that spread to the biceps as well.

I had a similar issue where my shoulder hurt as well as the bicep and yeah, it was my rotator cuff. Not torn or anything, I just had to do a lot of rotator cuff exercises. Which was kinda okay, I just thought of it as rotator gainz
