are ring dips the most optimal way to grow chest?

No, RTO pushups and ring fly will probably get you the most. Ring dips are good but you'll mostly hit the abdominal head and a bit of the sternal head on pecs. This leaves you with sloping titty look. Probably still going to need incline bench or some shit because it's near impossible to load these adequately and maintain form which is paramount.

are those trx bands at the gym similar? always mired ring dips

I've used rings before but this might be a stupid question - can you do RTO dips? Thinking like how reverse grip bench actually targets the upper chest better, maybe that's a better way to o dips too
