As your post illustr8z; 25BMI is a stupid meme only vaguely correlated to health, body comp is better and in fact some studies put the lowest all-cause mortality a bit into overw8. I'd focus more on recomp than w8/BMI, the big belly is more dangerous than "overw8" until u get up near the obese zone.
