is there any way to prevent loose skin with weight loss?
>>77277364how fat are you?height?age?there's skin copes that help somewhat, but it dependslook at how saggy you are right now, and if your fat is like perky(?) idk how else to word it, if it is it won't be as bad.if you are very fat you will have some, but don't let that discourage you. I was so depressed after seeing before and after weightloss pics cause imo very loose skin looks worse than just being fat unironically. but then I saw skin removal before and after, and that whitepilled me again.worst case scenario you gotta save for 20k (absolute most expensive scenario multiple areas, in reality more like 4-10k) but that's doable in a year if u keep your head down. the scars fade or u can just get tattoos if ur a guy.anyways I typed alot of shit hope that makes sense and helps desu. you aren't 600lbs and you're probably at most early 20's if you're on here so dont be a doomer ur good homie.

>>772777126'5" 300lbs. 33. my fat is mostly in my gut, but it's "firm" and not drooping/saggy
>>77277740>6'5" 300lbs300 your peak?because you're so tall you'll have extra luck, you're a bit older than me but nothing really to worry about IMO early thirties is still pretty young compared to many. Also you likely have a career of some sort so should be even easier to deal with loose skin if you should encounter any.300 at 6'5 isn't as bad as the 3 sounds, it'd be like being 260 at 6' so nothing absolutely insaneyou'll be good anon dw just google around and use wtv the consensus skin treatment is while losing weight, and gain muscle after.
