Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

i've never been nearly as lean as that guy, but at least in my experience throughout the spectrum of obese to skinnyfat dyel, it gets dramatically harder to lose even small amounts of fat when you don't have mountains of it to lose to begin with

I literally put a sticky note over my treadmill screen so I can't see how much time passes. Just hop on the treadmill, put the sticky note on, put on some music, and 30 minutes is finished in no time. It just feels way faster than if you could see the time you've been on the treadmill constantly.

That’s not what I did. I calculated my TDEE with SailRabbit, subtracted 1000, plugged that in to MFP and then it automatically calculated the goals based on my target weight of 160.

Strained my lower back a bit. Adjusted some exercises to have less that take a toll on lower back, lowered my volume, watched a bunch of videos on how to breathe properly when lift since I don't pay attention to it so I can brace my core, lowered weight using on exercises that involve lower back, going to use belt more and will take days off as needed by doing cardio instead of lift if really need it

My sleep has become garbage now so I need to prioritize that. I stayed up all night last night. Need some type of good sleep remedy but I spend my time on my phone so that keeps me up too

For reference I’m 5’8 185, my goal is 160, I’d like to lose some padding especially in weird areas like my double chin. But overall I don’t feel like I have that much to lose. Like my body over all feels solid and not flabby. In the morning I can see my abs slightly (but lose them as I eat/drink)

There’s 100% excess padding on me and I’d like to be lighter for when I’m jumping around and sports in general, but according to BMI even 160 is overweight, but I feel like keeping under that just outright feels excessive when I’m already feeling like I don’t have a ton of excess bf

Obviously I’m not power lifter tiers of BMI is being skewed by my massive muscles. But how much muscle and fitness does it take to skew it a few pounds in either direction? Like if 160 is the limit for a dude that sits in an office all day, if you’re working out daily could you easily move it 10 pounds up to account for more muscle mass?
