Topic. There have been many debates and fitness grifters talking about what you should be eating, brainwashing normies with their bullshit diets and supplements, when in reality it's all quite simple: if you can't eat it raw, you shouldn't eat it at all.

You can eat raw meat/fish/poultry (as long as it comes from a healthy animal) and not get sick.
You can drink raw eggs (as long as it comes from a healthy animal), and not get sick.
You can eat raw fruit (as long as it comes from a healthy plant) and not get sick.

You CAN NOT eat raw potatoes (even if it comes from a healthy plant) without getting sick.
You CAN NOT eat raw rice (even if it comes from a healthy plant) without getting sick.
You CAN NOT eat raw grains (even if it comes from a healthy plant) without getting sick.

Most of modern-day fruits and vegetables have been cultivated during the last ~10k years, you wouldn't find them in nature.
You would get your hands on fruit and berries seasonally.
In nature there would very rarely be an episode where you'd have a meal consisting mostly of carbohydrates for prolonged periods of time.
In nature you would never find a product filled with seed oils and refined sugar.

Thus, the logical conclusion is that our natural diet consists of meat, fish, eggs and fruit.

all animal breeds you eat didn't exist 10k years ago

Refer to the point where eating meat is sustainable and eating vegetables is not.
>>
>>77284365
why is eating vegetables not sustainable? preservation through fermentation is natural. how do you think cattle are fed through the winter?

You can do the same with meat and thrive

We have evidence of cooking and tuber and grain consumption from over 100k years ago. Isotope studies suggest we outlived neanderthals due to adopting a more varied diet while they relied too much specifically on hunting giant herbivores, but I don't see you saying eating smaller game, pigs, chickens, and fish is not natural. Literal cavemen figuresd out cooking food and eating vegetables was a good idea and here you having been uplifted onto the internet, yet dumber and less resourceful than your ancient ancestors.
>>
>>77284372
>why is eating vegetables not sustainable?
You can not survive on eating vegetables alone for a prolonged period of time without becoming malnourished and diseased. Lots of cases of vegans feeding their babies who die in the end.

You can survive for prolonged periods of time by eating fish, eggs and meat.

Sporadic consumptions while starving and having no other choice is a proof of nothing, their diet was that of a facultative carnivore which is what humans are inherently by design
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2752538/
>>
>>77284384
If you are starving then you don't really have a choice. We're living in abundance nowadays. If you have some lamb chops and a steak in front of you, there's no need to eat porridge (unless you're brainwashed).

Look at the length of intestines of carnivorous animals, heribovores and then humans, dimwit.
>>
>>77284390
Oh, it's you again. Still insisting that studies of protein sources of Ice Age hominids in the frozen wastes of Europe, which specifically state in the paper that it would not detect vegetables, grains, and tubers in the diet, demonstrates we were pure carnivores. Stop working backward to your desired conclusion and use the evidence and your brain. Read more than just one or two studies. Hell, at least actually read the ones you have.

Length's more than long enough if you hadn't nuked your gut biome, bro.

>dimwits are missing the entire point of the thread

There is no argument in eating vegetables and grains beside "muh fiber" (which is the indigestible part of the plant which is not needed for our body) and "muh vitamins".
You can not sustain yourself with eating raw potatoes/rice/grains, you'll get poisoned. Cooking something to remove the poison is not an argument either.

>Sporadic consumptions while starving and having no other choice
Right, only 99% pure or whatever. Disingenuous moron.

Yup, nuked gut biome confirmed. Had to add fruit because your carnivore diet was shit, but still insisting you've got it all figured out now, both historical evidence and modern science be damned.
>>
>>77284417
kek. when did he add fruits to the keto diet? i haven't paid attention to him in years
>>
>>77284416
If you don't want people to make conclusions based on actual quotes from you, then make an actual claim, you worm. How much of your diet should be vegetable matter?
>>
>>77284417
>>
>>77284417
>gut biome
You only need fiber if your gut biome is nuked. Which vegetables make even worse with all the pesticides. A regular dairy consumer doesn't need it.
Btw love how you keep replying to three different people as one like a schizo and pretending you know all of us as someone you have a vendetta/rivalry against
>>
>>77284424
The one where you make false claims about our ancestors not relying heavily on carbohydrates like cooked starchy tubers, while carving out an exception for fruit for some reason? We all know the "if you can't eat it raw" comes from starting from meat-only and having to fabricate a justification when that fails, we've seen the cycle all your grifters go through.
>>
>>77284427
>t. gut biomelet
also, if you're getting your beneficial bacteria from dairy, you should know that fermentation doesn't count as "raw" or "unprocessed". good to know you had to add even more to your diet to fix your self-imposed tummy troubles!
>>
>>77284429
Not to mention that constantly eating probiotics but not the prebiotics that they feed on is insufficient if you want them to actually establish in your gut and out-compete the bad ones.
>>
>>77284429
noooooooooooooooooo its different when i say it is
>>
>>77284429
No one mentioned fermentation aside from you. You're hallucinating my boy.
>>
>>77284431
>prebiotics that they feed on is insufficient if you want them to actually establish in your gut and out-compete the bad ones.
Fiber promotes bad diversity and feeds all bacteria indiscriminately, leading to incontinence, flatulence and overall gut issues.
>>
>if you can eat it raw it's good means you shouldnt eat it unless it's raw
Kek these fucking jewish arguing techniques are hilarious
>>
>>77284436
>no fermentation or aging
Then your dairy doesn't contain a sufficient quantity of probiotics for your gut biome like you claimed. Also, if you're true to your word and drinking it raw, you're getting plenty of bad ones like E. Coli as well. Go look at the link between E. Coli and colorectal cancer, lots linking that to carnivore (and lack of fiber). Better fix your diet.
>>
>>77284444
>bad ones like E. Coli
Pathogenic e. colis is extremely rare and mostly activated by bile salt accumulating from consuming seef oils or caffeine
It's otherwise harmless lol.
Colorectal cancer incidence has 0 to do with meat and more to do with chemicals used during curing + vegetables and pesticides and being overworked from fiber. There's a reason it's only a "link" that doesn't match the biological mechanism and why it doesn't correlate with over the years global meat consumptions
>>
>>77284438
You can google plenty for my claims, while you'll have to dive deep into some bullshit rabbit hole for that one. On its face, the idea that radically different strains of bacteria would all be equally happy with the same input and environment is absurd. Go look up what happens when lactic acid bacteria in your get get oligosaccharides (eating your "indigestible fiber" for you) vs when E. Coli does (binds to it instead of your intestinal wall).
