Having really high testosterone is like being born with down syndrome, an extra finger or cleft lip. Something went wrong in the bodies development. An abberation. Statistically only a tiny percentage have really high testosterone, and it's hopefully it stays weeded out of the gene pool because you may appear repulsive to women and therefore can't pass on these faulty genes.

Ok here's a tip to see how fast you can conceivably put on muscle so that you can throttle your bulk and keep track of what man made calories counters know not.

I can grow my arms(arms can count as 1 lift since you can superset and it's less effort/cms fatigue than one set of bench ohp or legs) and get a massive pump every workout, measuring your arms consistently with the flex and measuring tool it is probably my easiest. And I'd also pick some rear delts because I just "mastered" growing them with rows but you pull higher to your head, plus some unilateral cable work with a new stance and technique(start it with a hand braced on something and the cable a little bit more in front of you than 90degrees to the side) and prison ripping some weighted pullups up top and a liiiiitle bit wider than what is a neutral feeling pullup. The bis and tris I developed fast on are just 5rm triceps pushdowns+super narrow bench+ barbell skullcrushers with a nfl bar.

A lot of people dial back their strong points to be symmetrical. That's a lack of technique on your end. It might be harder to really have a movement be locked like that to just put on muscle this way. I actually lift like this and +800 or so calories after exercise calories a few times a year when bulking. You just can't do that all year, I have a lot of years lifting so I've had the time to test shit out like this and is a great way to gauge what kind of gains you are leaving on the table if your effort or technique are inadequate.

Actually testing at any given time is dumb as your levels can almost double from your lowest point in one day, I'm pretty sure that's even normal, but if you go to the doctor early in the morning or have lifestyle/diet/sleep variables that compound it can inaccurate to right before the middle of your normal sleep schedule/rem cycle.

There is basically nothing you could gain from even testing it, it varies so much. Maybe if you were especially healthy for a month straight idk.

if in the US, you could go through one of those online TRT clinics and do their initial testing to get a lot of this done for cheap. just make sure it's a test you actually go to a lab for, the at home ones are not as reliable. hone is doing a 40-marker test for like $45-65 right now
