90% glutemaxxing is easy as hell, did this with 2 exes and my current gf
it boils down to: exercises which minimizes the angle between torso and quads, while maintaining a rather stable spine (opposite of a crunch -> abs)

for that, in this order:
glute focused bulgarians (angle between torso and front leg needs to be minimal)
for my girls: dumbells were EASIER to teach the motion and technique, smith machine easier to progressively overload
for men: go with smith machine immediatly

barbells are dogshit 90% of the time and many people are 'scooping' up the weight, telling sign of hip thrust scooping is the 3plate+ lads and lasses with no ass showing for that

If you're gloot deficitient swings limitating factor will be your glutes, while working other stuff swings work (grip endurance, lowback, hips, """cardio""", slight hits to your upperback also) so why not just get free gainz. You can also accumulate a stupid amount of volume with swings that would otherwise fuck you up if you did classic brodybuilding exercises.

you need to pose a sideways profile pic so we can see cup shape. from what you posted it looks kind of flattish by the glutes. the legs in general dont look like they have much definition. i would start walking and running regularly and adding some jump rope. walk up stairs a lot. stairs are free and one of the best ass and leg exercises you can do
