paced walking in upright posture with tucked chin
kneeled leaning on forhead with tucked chin on powerband hooked behind you and turning torso side to side
standing leaning on side of head on powerband hooked slightly above head

>needless to say my shoulders feel phenomenal today :D
>largely because of this motion as well:

>>the eyes of demon are very important, it's serratus cranking posterior scapular tilt
>>i do it pushing rubber sideways in front of me in full external shoulder rotation (rubber wraps around me torso)
>>pictured motion, but you're not pushing with arm but shoulder out, arm as far back as it goes

>it's fucken golden :D yes i made it up few days ago, at first i was pressing upwards, but no, it's gotta be directly to the side

it's global systemic issue and requires global systemic approach though
so u gotta ditch EVERYTHING conventional gym cause it's all contributing to "locked" shoulders, seated back hips atp and such
luckily i have done all that "heavy lifting" to adress that problem :D
