Do these actually do anything or are they just a meme?
>>77331373They definitely do something but they're not substitute for lifting. Good for if you're on vacation or something I suppose
>>77331373I was gifted one, so I got to try it, but I've not used it long enough to see any results. It can produce a lot of resistance and many muscles are involved but it's really just awkward to use and no matter how you hold it the movement never feels natural.
>>77331388>>77331373nope i made myself one from spring and tubes for handles and it's useless garbage :D, set of rubbers (i use cheapest powerbands, just bought second set after 2 years, but if it breaks just tie it up and it's good as new :D use sock on rope for rubber longevity), piece of rope, somewhere to tie rope at, a flat place, a stool of sorts, maybe paraletts, somewhere to practice upright paced walking (and i mean practice, mindful gait control)literally all I need :D >>77330524>>77331307oh and i do this sometimes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dymjPBikMnwand thathttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BA-IXbP0_Ybut cast iron kilo plate on bare skin lower like barely covering belly button and with bent knees and arms overhead (like covering face) and i switch em up when it gets warm to touch usually 2 is enough
