>sleep longer than usual>wake up more tired than usual.what's going on here?
>>77365817sounds like ligma
>>77365828I am also having this problem. What is ligma?
>>77365817You probably have sleep apnoea. Get snore lab on your phone and if you're snoring then you need to get a mandibular advancement device. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep is great but if your body is choking itself and struggling to breathe then it's basically squandered.
>>77365888Either that or acid reflux can do something similar, make you produce a bunch of mucus which constricts air ways.
>>77365817There is such a thing as sleeping too long
Dehydration?

>>77365895My chest starts burning a bit after eating for like 6 months now. dunno how to fix it
>>77365963It's usually spicy foods or acidic foods, sometimes its grains, sometimes it's nightshades (Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion, Garlic). Basically you remove one group at a time from your diet for like two weeks and see if you have a difference in symptoms to figure out what gives you acid reflux, try and avoid antacids as dependency makes your acid reflux worse in the long run. SIt upright, walk around after eating instead of lounging or laying down so you food can go down via gravity easier. Don't eat 2-4 hours before bed, drink cold brew coffee instead of hot as it has less acid in it. If none of that works then maybe look into ulcers, you might have one, but try all the other things first, as those are less common and require medical intervention.
>>77365817You probably woke up in the middle of a sleep cycle. It's the main reason why people feel tired even though they had enough (or more sleep)
>>77365880ligma nuts faggot
The ol' circadian ryhthm. Your body readys itself for sleep on a clock independent from when you decide to go to sleep and can become desycned.
>>77366039>>77366008is waking up in the bad part of a sleep cycle supposed to knock you out for most of the day, or just the morning?
>>77366008Would this happen even if I woke up naturally without an alarm?
>>77366148if OP went to sleep before his circadian rhythm was contributing to his tiredness and woke up while his circadian rhythm was in the middle of signalling tiredness, he should feel sleepy for some hours after waking (or the rest of the morning, as you say)
>>77365817You have lupus
