This morning I did leg day today. I was gonna do it yesterday but I had chest pain I was recovering from

Here's the menu

40 lbs 30 reps on leg press,

40 lbs 25 reps on leg extension and leg curl

55 lbs and 40 reps on leg abductor

20lbs 30 reps on hip thrust

And finally 10 mins on the step machine

I am sweating my butt off lmao
