>Who is /fat/ for?
For dinner devourers working towards a longer life and a better physique through meaningful hard-work, strategy, and dedication. This is not QTDDTOT, stick to questions on fat loss. Post height and weight when asking for advice.
Join our Fatty Contest: https://www.fattycontest.com/

>What do I do first?
1. Read https://physiqonomics.com/fat-loss/
2. Calculate your Body Fat Percentage: https://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy
3. Calculate your TDEE: https://www.sailrabbit.com/bmr/
Remember to use bodyfat% and use Katch-McArdle Formula with sedentary settings or your TDEE will be too high.
4. Plan your weight loss: https://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
5. Track your nutrition with MyFitnessPal (better for packaged food), Cronometer (better for generic food/macros), LoseIt (great for both), or Waistline (FOSS).

>Now what?
Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 0.72g per pound of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and lose fat much quicker. Not lifting results in the body eating away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.
Read the /fit/ sticky: https://liamrosen.com/fitness.html

>DON'T
Eat refined sugars, they're terrible for you regardless of calories.
Eat processed foods.
Drink your calories (alcohol, soda, Starbucks).
Freak out over a weight loss stall. Plateaus can last up to three weeks.

I could use some advice. I need to get steps in. It’s the only way I lost fat in the past and it works really well for me. I don’t want to do it outside because I live in a sketchy area. Like, had a homeless lady arguing with no one at 3am and when I finally stepped outside to see what the issue was she was 100 feet down the road so I turned the other way to see who she was yelling at saw no one looked back and her head was 180’d back locked on me and when our eyes met she starts slowly talking about having some kind of a “military asset” there’s all kinds of people like around here, people have been shot and found dead on the only places to walk.
I want a walking pad but I live in an apartment on the second floor don’t have more than $150 for one and even if I thought the noise wasn’t an issue the standard 16” wide ones are way too narrow for me because I’m tall with a wide gait.

I am genuinely lost. It was so easy when I was living at my parents house and had a treadmill I only had to put some anime on and just zone out max incline at the fastest speed I could maintain. The closest gyms I can afford are 20 minutes away in black town (yeah my shithole isn’t even really the hood so you can imagine). I don’t have an extra 40 minutes to drive around in my schedule where I work from 4am to 3pm get home by 4pm and sleep by 7pm. Early morning is the only time I have to workout and as I mentioned that’s when the crazies are out and bad shit happens around here.

I genuinely don’t know what to do. I walk 2 hours a day and I can eat 2000 calories and lose 8-12lbs a month without feeling like I tried

>>
>>77445345
It may be my only option. The area is sketchier than my own but it’s 24/7 and only $10/month. I would have to leave the second I woke up get ready for work there when I’m done then go back after work leave and come home. Sounds really crappy to have to shit shave shower at the gym never done that

>>

I would have to shower at the gym and get dressed for work there which I have never done and to be quite frank is disgusting. I’m heavily contemplating it. I need a new job. I only have about 4 hours to myself each day (non consecutive) where I’m not driving or at work. Knock like 40 minutes off when you factor in shitting shaving and showering, another hour for cooking and chores. I get like 2.5 hours and it’s before work. That’s the only slot I have to do this. So get up, go to gym, walk or maybe lift since may as well use the weights if I’m paying to be there, then I’d have to shower and change and immediately leave for work.

carbs are the only reliable source of fiber. Eating whole grain pasta and bronze rice is a must. Alternatively, eat more bran. But unless you want to suffer from chronic constipation you need carbs. This is doubly relevant if you're male - all the shit stuck in your ass will have bacteria in it that will jump into your prostate. You don't want to have prostatitis - especially since the symptoms aren't too different from advanced prostate cancer.

Looks like he still has a gut after the weight loss.

This article says he has to fast 23 hours a day to maintain it:
https://www.latimes.com/health/la-he-penn-jillette-weight-loss-20190615-story.html

Also if you take his stats from that article and this article:
https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/diet-nutrition/news/a39697/penn-jillette-weight-loss-potato-diet/

Age 64
Height 6'6"
Weight 225

His BMI is 26 which is still overweight.

So overall his weight loss isn't great. He looks like he lost a lot of muscle. He still has a gut. He has to fast 23 hours a day. And his diet was literally only potato.

Yeah I think eating unlimited bacon, eggs, cheese, sauerkraut, etc. is a better diet with better results. Cutting out carbs works better tastes better and is easier.

>I think eating unlimited bacon, eggs, cheese, sauerkraut, etc. is a better diet with better results.
Sauerkraut is fine if you don't overdo it. Bacon typically has dextrose in it to preserve coloration and taste, on top of animal fat which is a plaque fuel. Egg yolks are concentrated fat. From personal experience, I did a blood test when I was drinking 6 cans of beer every other day, and I had lower cholesterol than I stopped drinking altogether but ate bacon and eggs every day. Animal fats are concentrated to provide better efficiency for the aerobic organism. If you cut all carbs you will get a chronic constipation.
>inb4 sauerkraut is probiotic and helps digestion
Yeah, pump your body full of probiotic shit and you will start having bacteria growing all over the place. Then you'll have to get antibiotics just to stop it. There's not point in adding more bacteria in your gut when you can't feed them enough fiber. The least you could do is add bran or glucomannan (aka konjac corm aka shirataki) but you won't even do that.

Nice try vegan. Animal fat is good for you. The more you eat the longer you live.

Even at the reduced calorie intake (and hence reduced carb intake as well), people who ate more animal protein had a higher chance of developing Type 2 diabetes than those who ate more calories but toned down their animal protein intake.

As long as you don't eat any carbs you can eat unlimited eggs. You should be satiated before you become full.
>>
>>77445584
I'm not a vegan but nice try, ketolard. Having a balanced diet with lean meat cuts, preferrably non-preserved raw white meat cooked at home, is way superior than eating factory-made bacon pumped with nitrates and dextrose (which is a sugar btw) with eggs filled with saturated fats, and then dying from a stroke or aneurysm. I'll stick with an occasional fish and hard cheese rather than believe the lies of the meat and dairy industry lobbyists.
>>
>>77445594
>you can eat unlimited eggs.
https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/full/10.1161/JAHA.120.017066
>The problem is not the egg white, which is largely the source of the protein that is the reason many people consume eggs; it is the yolk. Besides the very high cholesterol content (237 mg in a 63 g egg; almost as much as in a 12‐ounce beef burger), egg yolk is high in phosphatidylcholine, which is converted by the intestinal bacteria to trimethylamine. Absorbed trimethylamine is oxidized in the liver to trimethylamine N‐oxide (TMAO), which caused atherosclerosis in an animal model. Among 4007 patients referred to the Cleveland Clinic for coronary angiograms, those with TMAO levels in the top quartile had a 2.5‐fold increase in the 3‐year risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, or vascular death.
>The other dietary substance that is largely responsible for the formation of TMAO is carnitine, mainly from red meat. Among people with impaired kidney function, high levels of TMAO accelerate the decline of renal function and increase mortality. There is a linear dose response of TMAO with egg consumption.
>Eggs also increase the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This has been known for some time. An increase in the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus with egg consumption was confirmed in several recent meta‐analyses. In one study, this effect was limited to studies in the United States, but a recent meta‐analysis reported an increased risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus with egg consumption in China.
Anything "unlimited" will kill you. Even if it's only water. Putting limits on yourself is the first lesson in being disciplined and not being a ketolard.

>You posted an article claiming animal protein was bad, not animal fat.
Animal protein is bad in high amounts, just like animal (or any other) fat, consumed too often.
>but I don't care to argue with a vegan.
cool, go argue with the chemistry instead, then. The pathogenesis of all sorts of complications from animal parts is well established and hasn't been "deb00nked" by the meat lobby. Meat, dairy and eggs are compactly packed with nutrients, making overconsumption of them harmful. Moderation is the key.
> it is becoming common knowledge that cutting carbs is the best weight loss strategy.
Yes, because most of our carbohydrates are coming from grains. Grains have to be consumed moderately. However, if you think that if you replace all grains with protein let alone start "unlimited" consumption of that you're wrong. Proteins are converted into sugars in the liver through gluconeogenesis. Animal fat, when consumed in excess leads to an increase in cholesterol, which has all sorts of negative consequences - from gall stones to stroke.

Maybe do the math your self? The sticky helps.
The numbers are easy to calculated and roughly static. 2g per kg of lean body mass. (opinions vary a bit between 1.6 and 2.2).
For fibre, Men generally require 30 to 38 grams.

Both of those numbers will stay more or less the same for you throughout weightloss.

97kg
182cm

Smooth sailing for the week until another social yesterday. Played golf and got blind drunk but thankfully didn't stuff my face. Although rek'd my macros with beer and bullshit cocktails. Making up for it today, although feel like death warmed up. I don't expect 97kg to hang around for long but as long as I keep it below 100kg we're gucci.

Why does weight drop so dramatically after a night drinking, despite on-boarding so many empty calories?
>>
Hello fatties, repentant brother here, I need to lose some weight again so I dusted off ye olde cal counter app. When I was here a few years ago I was basically on a starvation diet so I didn't really bother with macros outside of "go easy on the carbs", but this time I want to be more balanced. How do I calculate a good macro ratio to stick to? I don't exercise much outside of walks but my job requires to stand up and pick a lot of things up and down, don't know if that matters.
>>
>>77446072
Good to aim for 25% protein average per day. depending on your weight/calorie target the actual grammage will vary.

in my experience, the balance (75%) split between fat and carbs shouldn't be sperg'd over, so long as you are getting a good balace on average.

- Fat makes you feel full;
- Carbs give you pep.
>>
I need a cheat code, this shit is too hard.

I ate all my calories for the day, just 3 hours ago and I'm constantly thinking about eating more, I had 800g of chicken thighs, drank 4L of water, and then ate 4 soft boiled eggs.

My brain is still constantly yelling at me to eat, and stuff more food in, so I just slipping more and more water but that food noise is still there, I'm looking at the clock thinking about "in 21 more hours I can eat again, I just have to wait another 21 hours" shit like that. I went for a walk and the whole time I was just thinking about food. Fuck. Why is my brain like this? How do I make it stop? Are GLP-1s the answer? I tried volume eating, I was eating like 4 whole ass russet potatoes with 2kgs of broccoli and still feeling hungry. Shit was counter productive, It felt like the more volume I ate the more volume I could pack-in in a viscous cycle. I'm trying the keto thing now, and the OMAD intermittent fasting thing, I'm trying anything that might work. I dunno, nothing seems to work. If I'm not overindulging or endlessly snacking I'm just always thinking about food. AHHHHHH
>>
>>77446112

>>
>>77446112
You're probably doing nothing wrong. In my general experience urges like these come to people who sit on their asses most of the day and don't have meaningful activities than can distract the fat brain. If you're working remotely I feel sorry for you because it's hard not to think about food while filling up meaningless excel spreadsheets, but if you're just spending a lazy sunday then get dressed and go do something outside.

If you actually ate that much, you're not actually hungry.
Drink water, ignore it. Chew gum. Go do something else.

~$1000 a month to not be bothered by food noise really isn't that much of an expense for most people. people are fine doing GLP-1s indefinitely, no need to ever cycle off them.
>>
Food noise is mainly fuelled by carbs. It goes away when you're keto.

Vitamin D helps a lot with the hunger but it seems it doesn't help with the food noise. i'm still testing.
i still want to want to eat but i'm too stuffed and eating isn't as easy so i'm still in deficit even after overeating.
i used to be hungry all the time and actually manage to eat around ~800 calories of boiled potatoes in a single meal and still be hungry in the evening. but right now, i can only eat half that in a single meal.
i'm trying to move away from potatoes because i'm barely consuming fats and ignoring fats fucks up hormones. i want to stock up on yogurt but haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
>>
i'm only slightly fat but
due to stress and tiredness and lazyness i've been skipping meals, instead eating maybe some bread with stuff, which i'd say would account for maybe 1/4-1/3rd of a full meal and obviously feeling hungry when going to bed and also in the morning. but i can still function. it occurred to me that this would help me lose weight.
my question is if this is a healthy way of losing weight or if it's overdoing it and i might end up collapsing or some shit. i mean i know some people actually fast completely but i heard that's not healthy either

Bread is the single worst food you could eat. It's a load of calories for next to no satiety, even sugar is better because it's way too nauseating to eat that much of it in one sitting.
I'll give you a practical example, I used to have a "panino" nearly every lunch, a standard ciabatta from a bread shop here is about 130 grams, that's 400 calories from the bread alone and another 200 to 300 for the ham (is it the same thing as prosciutto? Never got that clear) and cheese. If I eat it I am still hungry.
By comparison a white pasta or rice dish with the recommended doses has about the same calories and fills me until dinner. They are not as filling as protein based meals but they are fine to eat twice a week, I am managing fine at least.
Meds have been scammed about the mediterranean diet. There is way too much fucking bread and if you are eating that you unironically might aswell eat a mcdonald's hamburger.

Here it is. As you can see, I do the bare minimum when it comes to training, so I don't have a very /fit/ body, but whatever, I still look and feel better than before

I've been "trying" to lose weight for years but with no results, since I skipped the calorie-counting part. The best I managed to do was reach stagnation. One day last year, I stumbled upon the /fat/ thread, and all the WAGMI did motivate me

I've been doing CICO with intermittent fasting. I skip breakfast because I'm not hungry in the morning, so it works for me
My diet has mostly consisted of frozen veggie mixes with a source of protein and a fruit or skyr for dessert
Increasing my fiber intake really helped me with hunger, and my shit has been so clean ever since then

Not much exercise. During the first half, I was going to the pool once a week. Being in the water is nice, but the more fat I was losing, the less I was floating, and now I just sink. Bummer
Around 74/75 kg, I downloaded the Hevy app, and I started doing a bare-minimum 3x20-minute routine per week. Still got some results out of it: I'm way less flabby and more firm than before
I also walk way more than before

Not much loose skin when I'm standing straight. I still have some ass flab, and my belly hangs when I do push-ups and stuff, but minus that, it's okay
Another noticeable change is my knees when sleeping on my side. WTF is this torture? And sitting... every seat without a cushion became hell. If you're losing weight, start squatting NOW

Other anons have talked about it before, but genuine compliments are so rare when you're losing weight. People are either trying to sabotage you or stop you. I don't know if it's some subconscious thing like weight loss = famine, or just a status thing, but many:
> Oh, you should stop now, or you should eat this or that.
> You aren't going to do this all your life, are you?
> You're going to get anorexic.
> What's your goal weight? *shocked face*

TL;DR: CICO + IF, light exercise

Weekends are the worst for me, because I'm just at the pc studying or doing nothing, during the week I'm out of the house all day and don't think about food at all, so I just come back home at 7pm, eat a light meal then go to bed.
How do you guys resist the boredom eating during the weekends?

>>77446280
good job, wagmi
>>
>>77446231
What he >>77446247 said, any sort of dehydrated carbs or food where the water has been replaced with oil (fried chips) is going to be extremely dense in calories and it's going to leave you hungry.

Bread is also filled with air though so it's not super bad as long as you control how much of it you eat and pair it with things that are filled with water. I've been making sandwiches that are filling and work out to around ~400 calories with 30grams of protein:
-2 slices of light rye bread - 170cal
-175g of montreal smoked meat -222cal
-mustard -10cal
-sauerkraut
-onion
-tomato
-hot sauce
-lettuice

You get the idea, some carbs, some meat and the rest is shit filled with water. If you're really lazy just boil potatoes in large batches and eat them with some meat and microwaved frozen vegetables.

>>77446273
Tons of other things to eat, you're just used to the idea of 'breakfast has to be cereal'. I'm having oatmeal with protein powder (add the powder AFTER cooking the oatmeal). What matters is that you track how many calories you're really eating. When I was a kid I used to microwave a plate of frozen french fries and have that for breakfast with salt and hot sauce every single day. I always wondered how I didn't become super fat, but now I know that potatoes when not fried have very little calories.
>>
>>77446263

Have you tried eating three normally spaced meals of normal size with a normal macronutrient distribution? 1/3rd carbs, 1/3rd meat, 1/3rd vegetables?

You fucked your brain with years of overeating and are now trying to undo it in a week. Of course it's not going to work. You have to gradually reduce how much you eat over time. The first step is quitting sugar, then cut out the snacks between meals, then start reducing meal size. The most important part is time, you need time to adjust.
>>
>>77446297

Yes, I tried that shit, that was the first thing I tried, I did it for months, it didn't work at all. I find that most of my food noise is strongest a few hours after a meal but if I fast it eventually subsides but even then it never goes away completely. So the easiest thing so far is OMAD, I tried TWOMAD and THREEMAD also, but OMAD was by far the easiest to stick to. I've been at this for like a year now. I haven't eaten refined sugar is over 6 fucking months and yet I still get food noise.

Yeah, I tried small meals, they always left me unsatisfied it never got better, I tried volume eating, I'd get satisfied but the meals just kept getting bigger, I'm doing Keto now, I've been doing it for over a month, I tested my piss and yet I'm in Ketosis but I still get the food noise. Obviously I'm not hungry, its a brain thing, my brain wants me to stuff food in when I'm not actually hungry and it makes me think about food and count the seconds until I can eat again.

Shit is driving me mad. I might go back to doing rolling 72s, I lost the most weight and after a day or so of fasting the food noise is low enough level I can ignore it. I moved away from fasting because all my lifts were stalled or going backwards so obviously its not optimal in that sense, but in terms of being able to actually stick to it and not think about food all the time it was the best thing I've tried so far. Keto has been a complete wash so far, it makes me just as hungry as when I was eating vegetables with none of the supposed benefits.
>>
>>77446112
I was the same way before I started fasting. Then I started fasting and all my cravings vanished
>>
>>77446320
Keto is just slow starvation, your body can't get energy from fat and protein so it signals hunger all the time.

How much do you weigh? Hunger is relative, your body resists change, if you need 6000 calories to maintain being 300lbs then your body is going to say you're hungry even after eating a normal amount of food. Also there is the addiction component where your brain has been wired to do it compulsively. Get the drugs if you're failing this hard.

I haven't stated "This week I'm doing maintenance" but I have fucked up, broken down and overeaten such that I was eating maintenance more times than I care to remember.

>You said you tried eating normally, but when was that, when you were 350lbs?
Obviously throughout I've tried to go back to it, most recently was around april-may but it completely backfired in terms of actual weight loss, it was effectively just a maintenance break despite my efforts to the contrary. "normal" 3 meals where you eat a balance is completely unworkable for me, its the worst option by far and produces the most food noise of any of the diets out there.

Your body wakes you up form sleep by slowly building up cortisol until morning. If you are waking up in the middle of the night, it means your cortisol was already high before bed and you reached the "wake threshold" before morning.
I had this issue until I started giving zero fucks at work.
>>
>>77446577
Wait is this why I'm sleeping way better now that I'm on lexapro?
>>
>>77446541
Yeah as the others said there really isn't much you can do short of surgery.

There is something to be said about keeping it off for a few years as the skin will tighten up somewhat on its own, but it'll never go away completely, without surgery you're always going to have some loose skin. Autophagy (fasting), collagen peptides and retinol creams are mostly snake oil for someone like you, they have small effects on mild amounts of loose skin, you've got severe case and no amount of them will make you look normal, even if you do all three religiously for years.

>>
>>77446611
Obviously the younger the better, but genetics also plays a big role here and by the way you look, especially at the bottom of the belly area its quite obvious, you're the type that ends up with a lot of loose skin. Generally the recommendation is get the weight off, get down to <15% BF, stay there for a year or so, and after that year you decide if you're okay with how you look, you're going to have some loose skin but you might be okay with that, or you plan for surgery.

That first year it should tighten up considerably, it'll reduce by maybe 1/3rd, but further returns diminish sharply after that point, and you'll hit a point of homeostasis usually around 5 years and very few people want to wait that long, and still have some loose skin.
>>
>>77446628
No need to gomad at that point.
>>77446541
So I used to be 390 max, currently down to 245lbs after hovering around for a couple of months. I Have been doing carnivore in brief stints in between and usually I see the skin start retracting substantially. It might be worth a shot as well.
Note you still have like another... 80-100lbs to go, at least. I'm sure 3 months on ground beef and omad with a fuckton of green te and electrolytes would get you there. Also don't forget your vitamin C, very important for collagen (just enough).

>>

I don't need cheat days as I eat burgers, pizza, fries, chips, ice cream sandwiches when I eat
>>
>>77446712
that was only 8 eggs unfortunately, 10 is max I can fit in the air fryer tray but then no room for picante sauce
>>
So do you believe in resistant starch?
>>
Starting a fast now. I like to start fasting at noon. That way I can break my fast in the afternoon.

Keto for weight loss? Sure. I lost over 90 pounds in less than six months with it. That plus daily cardio and alternate day weight lifting.

291 is still a lot of weight left to lose brother. I'm in a similar boat (297 pounds). I'm taking collagen powder to hopefully minimize the loose skin

Another anon suggested just walking in circles around the living room, but you could also try to get an exercise bike. It's not quite the same as a threadmill, but it should do the trick. Depending on the model you could even use it for hypertrophy training for legs.

Yep, that's right, ditto for other similar meds (seroquel, lithium, etc.)

Its kinda uncomfortable when you run. It slaps and claps and skin hitting skin does wear on you.

I also noticed I need to clean those folds extra carefully now to avoid rashes. I use rubbing alcohol after my showers to kill anything growing in there. I never had to do this when I was fat, soap and water were enough.

>cutting carbs is the best weight loss strategy.
Yeah weight loss, but not necessarily fat loss. Carbs hold on to water so cutting carbs causes massive initial weight loss from water weight loss.

it seems i have gut issues with fiber.
i identified some veggies that cause me constipation and i've just tested apples.
i thought it was just a veggies issue but now i think it is the fiber.
i'll need more testing to be certain.

Boys, I have been fat for the last 10 years.

I've been through a few relationships, jobs, life changes. Nothing has motivated me to lose weight. But yesterday I met a coworker briefly in another state after work and we chatted for hours. I need to get rid of this Goy body. Something about chatting with her, even though nothing came of it, just made my mind click. Im not going to do it for her, thats some degen shit, but if i want my life to really be better, I need to fix everything, and my body first.

28. 6'3" , 9", and i weigh 380. Time to fix this once and for all. Family cooks heavy but I live alone, any tips on not being a fat fuck appreciated. Tbh my ass is like what if I go keto lol. But working out is also the first step, idc about having muscles desu that would be a bonus but fat loss is first.
>>
>>77447210
read the guide and the 'what do I do first' and do not try to min max your weight loss
small change makes it to the end, change your diet slowly with either lower cal food or with smaller portion
>>

How can I count calories if I live at home and my parents cook? I usually go on OMAD during a cut though so I don't think it matters as much
>>
>>77446737
I made Philly cheese steak at home and still was able to stay way under maintenance
>>

It works for losing weight fast but it might cause ur hair to shed a few months later due to putting your body in survival mode. Mines been shedding for almost 6 months now. 10-20 strands in the shower. Also only worth doing if you have 0 muscle to start
>>
>>77447245
As long as you are making it almost all protein + going to the gym regularly it doesn't feel like you lose a ton of muscle to me.
>>
>>77447238
>How can I count calories if I live at home and my parents cook?
Ask your mommy to weigh all your food and calculate it obviously
>>
>>77447121
Not him but over a year ago I squatted ONCE in an unfamiliar squat rack with bad form on a couple of reps warming up, instant pain that went away after a few days, then after progressing for 3 or 4 months pain free after it came back without an inciting incident with sciatica and shit. Got an mri and the doctor said it was a minor disc bulge and now my sciatica is gone but I still wake up stiff sometimes and I get pain in the front of my hips (like psoas adductor) and in my upper glutes randomly which is annoying, sometimes it's really bad but I can't figure out how to work it out to get it to go away for more than a couple of days. Shit sucks. Crumbling to dust in my late 20s here

Low-carb is definitely the best fat loss strategy, too. But yeah it's also great for getting rid of inflammation and water retention.
>>
>>77446796
I'm going to aim for 96 hours. If I break it after 72 I will feel ok with the result.
>>

test and supplement Vitamin D. i no longer have cravings for any particular food chocolate and potato chips inluded.
i just have a vague feeling of wanting to eat anything despite being full and satiated.
the next step is getting rid of this feeling.
>>
>>77446679
I don’t track calories, I just eat the same foods and portions everyday, if I want to bulk/cut I can just add/remove one extra egg, or one extra tablespoon of rice, it is really that easy
>muh food variety
Only fatfucks and fags/women care about how food taste, the bare minimum you can do for pigging out ur whole life is to suffer for atleast 5 years eating the same thing everyday, that is if you really want to make it and be 10% bf
>>
So, my plan was to remove 100 calories daily for every week I don't lose at least a kg.
Tomorrow is weigh-in day, and I reckon a 50% chance I will have to reduce calories, but I already am only eating 1500 and I am fucking hungry.
Is it foolish? Do I persist? Does the hunger go away?
>>
Fasting bad for you? I'm overweight but not obese

fasting works for some people but not for others. try it to find out if it works for you.
>>
>>77447334
>Is it foolish?
Yes. You will destroy your metabolism.
>Does the hunger go away?
Hunger only goes away if you stop eating carbs.

It's mentality
Specifically, it's identity.
Don't identify with being fat, with shit food, etc.

When you go to a grocery store, AS YOU'RE WALKING THROUGH THE DOOR, say to yourself - I am a healthy person and I make healthy choices to lose fat AND remain strong.
