I'm taking bathtub semaglutide every 3 or 4 days.. can't keep food down. everything comes back up. terrible heartburn. have to "empty" out before I can sleep. no energy. sucks hard

I am on trizepitide and it does absolutely nothing. I mean absolutely nothing. Pretty sure I am immune to it or I am being scammed.
Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, they all work. Some people have nasty side effects. Most don’t. The real issue with these things is that they become a crutch and people rebound once they stop. Read the literature. Almost everyone who uses them gains the weight back.
