What are you taking?
How much are you injecting?
What weight did you start at and how much have you lost?
Questions & queries?

>What is GLP-1?
GLP-1 agonists are medications that help lower blood sugar levels and promote weight loss. They are available with a valid prescription (commonly known as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro/Zepbound, etc) or via the gray market in the form of peptides.
>How do I get on GLP-1?
For the legal brand-name products, you need to have a valid prescription, but it can be very expensive. If you want them as peptides, they are available via the gray market, which is a much riskier area for a siginifcantly better quantity and price.
>How do I get into the gray market?
Stairwaytogray's main website at www.stairwaytogray.com is the one and only place to start. There are many great guides covering all areas for new players to the scene.

Several points to note:
>Mods will ban you for positng direct links to gray market sources, so don't risk it
>There is absolutely no such thing as GLP-3. It is a common ignorant and uninformed term spread by social media influencers. This includes GLP-2 (which is unrelated to weight loss and is for Crohn's Disease), GLP-4 and GLP-5. They're all false and uneducated terms
>NEVER follow the advice of any social media influencer on any mainstream platform under any circumstances. This especially includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. The consequences are disastrous and even fatal
>The gray market is volatile and legally risky. Do your research, learn basic cryptocurrency and focus on your personal security and privacy, and never spend more than you are willing to lose

As always, stay safe and be smart.

I've had this in my fridge for a month now, haven't touched it yet.

I'm already at 12% body fat, and I look great, but the constant food noise, volume eating, planning, is annoying af. I hope to get some life quality back (and maybe drop to 10%).

I got this pharma-grade tirzepatide from a teleclinic without ever talking to a doctor.

How high is the chance that I fuck my shit up when injecting this without supervision? I don't want to be the idiot on the local news who fucked himself up for vanity reasons.

Also, long-term, I'd like to switch to the Wegovy pills (and whatever new pills they come up with) because that provides more discretion than having a syringe in my fridge.
>>
>>77485348
Since you're already at your ideal try to microdose or something. There are dosage schedules and ways to work up to mitigate side effects online
>>
>>77484675
i dunno, but that sounds risky
>>
>>77485361
Good idea. I might even start a low as 0.5mg because I'm not in a hurry.
>>
>>77485281
Based. Congratulations anon.
Tirz is king, indeed.

I repeat:, TIRZ is king
>>
>>77485348
Lmao just inject this shit for gods sake how modern "man" can be so gay.
It's not dangerous at all, it's not insulin, cocaine, crack, etc
Man up
>>
Went off reta for 3. weeks to travel. Holy shit didn't realize how bad the insomnia side effect was destroying me. Back to tirz only from now on. Maybe some cagri as an appetite suppression boost
>>77485348
The kwikpen should let you choose a lower dose to start
>>
Cagri vs Elora vs Petre
Anyone? I know people combine Reta and Cagri to get food suppression, what is the probably the most dumb and pathetic thing in the world cause you combining two different things to get a 79% tirzepatide lmao
>>
Currently on reta but will likely switch to tirz in the coming months once I've used up all my reta. This summer was unbearable with the heat. Reta raised my body's temperature so much.
>>
>>77485561
Yes reta is brutal. Now I understand why it's reserved for super fatties.

>diet went fine
>try diet soda again after a while
>all my cravings came back and binged like crazy
Why does this happen? I ate fruit during my diet, had other things like bread which also has some added sugar, but the moment I have artificial sweeteners I go crazy. There's something there lads. We're not meant to have this shit.
>>
>>77485689
I am addicted to coke zero and caffeine. I can go a few days without coke zero, only get depressive side effects. But without caffeine I'm suicidal.
>>
>>77485701
I drink black coffee, so I don't have a hard time quitting them luckily, it's just the sweetness sometimes comes up in my mind and I convince myself it's fine to take them, but once I have these artificial sweeteners I just want to have every sweet thing in the world, it's weird.
>>
>>77485561
Reta would NOT let me sleep and also made me ravenously hungry. Tirz truly is king
>>
>>77485348
why do you keep spamming this? what more info could you possibly need?
>>
For the first time in my life I feel full. Holy shit. Skinny people felt like this the whole time and they were lecturing me about discipline?!
>>
>>77485999
I'm pinning both. Reta is shredding my fat and Tirz, the king, is doing everything else.
>>
enjoy your health complications you fat retards
>>
>>77486137
yes most skinny people are skinny because their bodies won't let them eat that much
even if they pig out one meal they just naturally skip the next meal
>>
>>77486218
I guess they should just stay fat and get crippled from a stroke by the age of 40 instead
>>
>>77486348
Anti GLP fags are fucking insufferable
>>
>>77486137
It's magical isn't it?
>>
>>77485689
I had the same problem with Pepsi Max.

>gives medical advice
>doesn't know it's actually a receptor agonist

On a more serious note. Stick to the single-agonists, anons. The more systemic the mechanism and the quicker the weight loss, the harder the crash (as in osteoporosis crashing your spine).
Slow and steady wins the race and ia sustainable.

Glp1 and glp2 song with other small molecule gastrointestinal hormones like oxyntomodulin are derived for alternative post translational peptide cleaving of the precursor proglucagon (Gcg) pro hormone which also synthesizes glucagon
>>
>>77486137
some skinny people don't and have to actively fight their cravings constantly
>>
>>77486348
Literally track your calories, cook and eat whole foods. TADA. (Im not against glp1 tho) I want to tale it but I can't afford and too scared to do gray market. So forced to do it natty ;; (thankfully its pretty easy)
>>
>>77486907
This
>>
>>77486907
>having to exert constant willpower and track calories because you're too retarded to buy crypto
ngmi
>>
>>77486907
>shit people who don't experience food noise say
>>
>>77486907
Been there, done that. It just results in me meticulously preparing and tracking 4000+ kcal of whole foods. Now I take Mounjaro and track 1500 kcal instead. I could go even lower if I wanted, but I'm losing 2-2.5lbs a week and I'm satisfied with that.

Also, there is quite literally almost zero risk in doing gray market shit. Buy crypto off kraken or whatever, transfer to a local wallet, send to a trusted, high quality vendor. Buy insulin needles and alcohol swabs from a diabetic warehouse website on the clearnet. Buy Hospira bacteriostatic water off a peptide supply website on the clearnet. Receive gray peptides in mail a few days or weeks later. Sterilize, reconstitute, sterilize, inject. It's literally that simple.

Incretin mimetic bone/muscle mass loss is vastly overstated because even medical professionals conducting studies are too retarded to know that lean mass is NOT necessarily muscle or bone. The majority of "lean mass" loss as seen in studies is... water. 40% muscle mass wasting in a cohort of mostly sedentary people is simply not happening. They would be dying.
>>
>>77486137
I'm sure it will be revealed in time that fatties have excessive incretin clearance rates (DDP-4?)/resistance or something, while naturally lean people do not.
>>
>>77486137
Life would be so much easier for everyone if people just got along and helped each other. Sadly, a huge portion of the population is only interested in keeping each other down for purely sadistic reasons so we're destined to destroy each other.
>>
>>77486137
I could definitely feel full before GLPs, but it would take a ludicrous amount of food. Like 3000 kcal in one sitting type shit. And I could easily eat more after it cleared my stomach in an hour or 2. Tirz and reta have been a godsend.
5'5 ~310lbs peak. 191lbs this morning.
>>
Planning on staying on 2.5mg/5mg mounjaro for the rest of my life, yes the costs are high but I'm not spending more than I had eating junk food and ice cream almost every day. This shit is life changing, I don't plan on ever stopping once I hit my maintenance goal weight. This shit is so easy if you have a normal idea on how to diet properly
>>
>>77487217
WeGovy pills are already on the market. Once they are generic, maintaing weight will be effortless.

Injectable semaglutide already sucks in terms of side effects, and oral sema is even worse.
>>
>>77487979
Yeah oral is absolutely terrible, sub-q injections are the best way to.
>>
>>77486137
if u stopped eating goyslop an started cooking real filling food with fat and protein you would feel like this at every meal
>>
>>77488173
Its simply not true, again another poster just don't know that many people have issues with feeling full no matter how clean they eat, just entering a thread with 0 knowdledge about any of this and spewing nonsense, just fuck off already
>>
>>77485244
What the fuck do I do if tirz is TOO effective?
I'm only at the 2.5mg a week starting dose and I genuinely cannot bring myself to eat over like 500-800 calories a day.
No real side effects, and I feel fine, but I can't imagine it's healthy. Should I lower my dose?
>>
>>77488231
Yes lower the dose, try half, you can always go higher later if you need to. I have no troubles eating on 2.5mg, I can actually still overeat but the food noise is basically gone, I might up mine to 5mg and stay there forever. Everyone's different with these meds.

What size syringes do you guys use?

I highly recommend taking some pysllium husk guys, it helped me a lot with not being able to poop even though I was eating enough. Don't take too much, just take around a teaspoon daily with like 500ml water, fixes all of the problems.

>>77488231
take a lower dose and dose more frequently
