It's been almost a week that I started and I'm sore all the time. When does it go away?
>>77544919lurk 111 more weeks before posting on my board
>>775449193 weeks
>>77544919In my experience after a long break when I came back it was maybe a few weeks of being sore all the time, so I am gonna agree with >>77544938
>>77544919Yes. Never.
>>77544919push through DOMS without whimpering, you absolute faggot
>>77544919You should be able to rotate, so some body part is always sore and some other body part is always readyThis is also why the advice for full body workouts is so fucking stupidHas anyone even heard of someone getting started with weights and NOT being sore?
>>77545015>This is also why the advice for full body workouts is so fucking stupidwhat do you mean?
>>77545049He means that if you do a full body workout your whole body will be too sore to work out the next day whereas if you work out only, for example, legs today, then tomorrow when your legs are sore you can work arms instead, and the next day work chest and back, etc. However, he is retarded, because if you do full body then you can just work out less days but longer fuller sessions and accomplish the same as if doing splits like he clearly favors.Either option is fine, I personally prefer full body days and rest days (or accessory/cardio days) between
>>77544919Soreness can be reduced (never really elimnated) by recovering properly: plenty of water, sleep, lots of red meat, eggs and fish and modest amounts of carbs. You really do need to get that 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and it should ideally be from red meat, fish or eggs, not powders or vegan sources.
