The team collected videos where creators show an on-screen gamepad overlay to train the AI.

NitroGen learned to map gameplay pixels to gamepad actions. It currently only works with controller based games.

Theoretically more resistant to bots. Time will tell if it's actually better.
It's faster than the old slider ones at least.
BTW you can use the keyboard if that matters. Tab to select captcha, arrow keys for slider and space for next. The old one required both keyboard and mouse, this one can use either without switching.

Let's say I have pirated pdf files from around 7 years ago. If one of these pdfs were to contain malware and I opened it, would the malware still work? If the malware is old, wouldn't Windows be updated to combat the virus thus making it obsolete?

Dumb people are going to be dumb.

I have an acquaintance who I've gotten into two AI arguments with. She's a firm anti AI person, despite never having used it. She tried to tell me how AI works, even though I've literally made machine learning programs before, and also tried to tell me that it's "SLAVE LABOR!" But in the same breath she also says "AI is just a word guesser."

I kept trying to calmly explain to her how AI actually works, but she called me a "techno machine God worshipper". I left after that.

Dumb people are going to be dumb.

It's really too bad everyone has an equal voice on the internet. It gives these dumbasses way too much weight.

>LLM = mind
What a crock of nigshit.
>artifice made by man
Through literal magic and rituals your retarded ass wouldn't be able to comprehend. We're talking about an ethereal force moving through delicate architectural arrangements of rocks to perform billions of calculations per seconds.
Your foolish ass calls this science because that's the culture the satanic kike fostered around it, but make no mistake this is magic. Not this hen vs egg nonsense the eternal enemy has been sowing. Go read the book of Enoch to learn about the Days of Noah, this is nothing new, and we still have ways to go before we reach technological parity. There is NOTHING new under the sun nigger.

Aleister Crowley (satanic pope) and Jack Parsons (creator of NASAs JPL) perfected the ritual in the late 40s and established proper contact with the fallen angels, which had only been done through more primitive means until then.
And from there on they spilled the secrets of the universe to satsnists, being kikes, masons, jesuits and all the faggots they employ in DUMBs. One part is human sacrifice to please these entities, then another is heavy use of psychedelics to break into their dimension and extract the secrets.
I know ni/g/gers aren't the most redpilled, esp considering the huge influx of newfags in later years, so believe what you will, but this is how it's done.

>there are people who still use BIOS over UEFI and turn off secure boot in the year 2025 on this board
What the fuck is your problem?

UEFI/GPT has been the standard for a decade. UEFI supports larger drives, boots faster because UEFI runs in 32/64-bit mode rather than 16-bit mode, handles initializing multiple hardware devices during boot better than BIOS/MBR, and supports modern hardware better than BIOS/MBR in general. Unless you have an ancient computer, it is almost certainly UEFI/GPT OTB.

I can't think of a reason to use BIOS/MBR if your computer supports UEFI/GPT.

Why doesn't MS get enough credit for DirectX?

Every GPU innovation ever only exist because Microsoft kickstarted it through DirectX. Remember when GPU went from the separated Vertex and Pixel shaders paradigm to the unified shaders paradigm around 2006 ? That was because Microsoft rewrote their graphical API stack for WIndows Vista and the Xbox 360. NVidia and ATI only created GPUs that would work with the new API.

DX12 on Windows PCs and Xbox is pretty kino.

They got credit for it in the form of people using their platform for so long. The current team does not deserve credit for this, but people still give the old teams credit by saying windows used to be good. There's not much point praising the current product for something made by people who are no longer there.
>>
>>107627457
directx was never that great, it was just the lesser of 2 evils, after voodoo died and glide3d with it, you had to choose between opengl or directx, opengl stagnated, thus directX was the obvious choice, but they too dragged their feet on many things , for instance ati cards have had a tessellator unit since the radeon 8500 (2001), but we didn't see proper tesselation support until dx 11, if you wanted to use it you had to use a custom vendor extension, same was true for nvidia, many features were not added to the directX spec , only available through custom vendor extensions ,

Of course if micosoft wasn't bad enough, they actually do offer access to these features on their console versions of directX(on the xbox and xbox360 ), but decided not to push them to PC for market segmentation reason, same reason we didn't get halo 3 on pc at launch despite them having a pc build of it ready.

so Generally microcunt , is fake and gay and they deserve all the hate they get.
>>
>>107627820
at the time, competitor to glide was direct3d
directx is wrapper for all things including direct3d, sound cards, input etc

I have a Samson C03, a Shure XLR2USB, and it had some insane connectivity issues so I tried something else.

I bought a Teyun Q12 and while it was great for a few months with my Samson C03, it kind of stopped lighting up the blue LED on it (phantom power), and I haven't diagnosed the problem yet (ran out of batteries for my multimeter).

so the question is, if the Teyun Q12 ends up being bad that it can't supply +48 V phantom power, what's a good alternative?

Nexuiz culture (2005–2010): chaotic creativity

Lots of experimental content

Loose standards

Anyone could contribute

A mix of serious devs and eccentric modders

IRC‑driven, personality‑driven, messy but vibrant

This environment allowed unusual contributors — including MikeeUSA — to create maps, weapons, configs, and experiments.

That's the most embarrassing thing I've read in a while. Imagine designing a language from scratch and then talking about it like this. If even the architect can't vouch for it unequivocally how is anyone else supposed to. He's going to add a borrow checker as an afterthought? They designed the language around it in rust and it's still a complete mess, no way tacking it on afterwards will yield anything not retarded.
>>
>>107626210
I really like Hare. I started writing a web server in Hare, but stopped. I should continue. I am sure the language has matured more since then.
>>
>>107627566
>He's going to add a borrow checker as an afterthought?
To be fair, he crated Hare because he's a C programmer who wanted C but with modern language features. He didn't prioritize memory safety while developing Hare, as the motivations for the language rested elsewhere. I agree that adding borrow checking to the language at a late stage is probably a mistake, but considering the direction of the industry, he pretty much has to make his language memory safe in order for people to want to use it for anything that is not just a hobby project.
