It literally would, retard. Do you even know what dependency verification is? The build would fail because of both checksum and pgp signature verification failures, and then all fucking alarm bells would go off because literally everyone will see that someone is attempting to sneak in malicious (untrusted) code into the library.

>when perl devs
That was in the 90s/early 2000s, when Perl and OSS in general was like a small, "nice" neighborhood where everyone knew everyone and could trust each other.
The modern OSS landscape is that neighborhood after successive waves of refugee resttlement.
>>

Also Perl had a "supply chain attack" of sorts in the early 2000s, when some module author was caught putting telemetry (albeit harmless) in a module.
but as much as I hate to sound like an "unc," it really was better back then.

It’s just seething russians.
If you look into Yuri’s flight it was highly sketchy. Very likely that the Russians faked it.
It’s entirely possible Alan Shepard was actually the true first man in space.
And the Kremlin does like to accuse others of what they themselves are doing.
Most people who fall for the moon landing is fake stuff don’t even realize there were multiple missions. Or they are just paidoff to play dumb.

Yeah, from what I read the Saturn V was basically designed on the fly and iterated on with every launch. Some components don't even have blueprints, or the blueprints are from the original design spec and the designs for what they ACTUALLY used were either scrapped or are probably sitting in some guy's garage completely forgotten.

All the archive material they have on their old rocket program is essentially useless.

using this as we speak. bought it for $16.50 as an introductory price a few years back and i've seen it go as high as $25-30 in superdeals.
nice and compact, very portable. lasts for-fucking-ever on 2 AAA batteries and has tri-mode connection. i swapped out the red switches for outemu blues, considering some outemu creamy switches this sale. will only need 70 of them. can also change out the keycaps so for sub-20 this thing is godly value.
old discussion about them is in the archives, just search for "tranny keyboard"

How are outemu switches nowadays? I've had keyboard with outemu blues and browns that end up "double clicking" in a month or so. I'm quite curious about the creamy switches since they're cheap as hell in my country. Current switch I'm using right now are huano yellows.

Honestly, I don't even use scripts on 4chan besides the in-built "extension".
I considered installing some 4chan sounds one, forgot to, didn't care.
I've just never felt the need to.
The closest I've gotten to editing the site is by making a grid-like layout for browsing threads very quickly, and largely ignoring tall posts, which is entirely CSS and ugly as fuck but I've also not cared to fix weird edge cases. I also made a hacky media-only viewing mode but I barely use it now.
Oh and the bottom bar, which is also ugly but functional (also only CSS, horrible horrible CSS) for the most part.
Ignore those 2 buttons at the top right, there are no buttons, you're a button.
One day I might redo these as scripts instead of trying to hack my way around awful CSS abuses.

What are THE scripts (and extensions) to install that all the COOL kids are using?

We have something similar with PKRU in x64 already, but it's limited to 16 keys per process, which is obviously not enough. But, yeah, as long as we have a global page table we cannot have big submission buffers.

This year's Debian Project Leadership election has only ONE candidate and it's a Pajeeta (Sruthi Chandran):
>She is inactive on the mailing lists, and her Salsa profile is private so we can't even see what her coding contributions are.
>She's run for DPL 4 times before; lost each time
>Her entire platform is just about diversity and bitching about cis males
>She intends to formally incorporate Debian in the US, which would force Debian to introduce age verification
Her only claim to fame is organizing DebConf23, an event where a Debian developer literally fucking DIED because basic health & safety measures were not followed.

A much more qualified candidate was hospitalized during the nomination window and couldn't apply in time, yet she has refused to reopen nominations.

Debian is FUCKED unless the Debian developers all vote NOTA (None of the above).

It'll still be an utterly pointless distro that can't keep up with basic desktop packages. Their choice of leadership is a symptom not a cause.
