I work as a software developer, I have one year of experience and one year at this job (first job after graduating college). To keep things brief and simple, I've led a team on a flagship product for the company, have delivered new features fast, gathered business requirements, did most of the backend for the entire app, had a demo where the executive of the entire company said and I quote "this is the best demo we've ever had here" and I make $60k in the US.
