How can I achieve something like pic related?
My unmanaged switch and ap can't really do vlan tagging and yet i would like to find a way to segment my network in such a way i can keep the guest and iot devices connected to the internet but with no real access to my main lan. I know i could go the subnet route and still use some firewall rules, but i'm not exactly sure how or if it's the best approach.
Anyone know i can get this done with opnsense? Any better way to get something like pic related (without buying/changing hardware I mean)?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a software with which I could record and generate an SPL/time graph like pic related and analyze them like what SPL at given time x etc. Really simple stuff. I've got some impulse sounds I want to measure and compare which is why I need the sound as a graph where I can look at the peaks.

I've already got an instrument mic and soundcard that can do 192kHz but I'm having a hard time finding the correct software. Audacity can kind of do it but not really. I'm already considering just coding a script in Python to do it but is there any easier way?

Something I am very grateful for is my thousands of hours AI genning women's faces, thousands of hours watching porn, and constant exposure to "pretty faces" through social media. I am totally desensitized to normal girl faces now, and especially "conventionally beautiful" ones. I see all the simping over any and every dime-a-dozen non-fat (sometimes fat, even) woman as the farce that it is. It's a freedom I couldn't have dreamed of when I was a young lad.

I can still be partial to a foid, but with an awareness that I am fond of a simple creature, a mere woman, who has no special claim on my affections except that I offer them freely and willingly for my own sake or for God's.

I've been experiencing issues with my x230 randomly turning off during boot with and without the charger cable plugged in and also randomly turning off while on battery after its been booted
Any tips on how to troubleshoot this? I have flashed the ec firmware to do the keyboard mod but i never installed coreboot or any of the other custom bioses
>>
Say my max budget is 400-500€
I want a good ThinkPad that won't lag when I use stuff like FL studio, Helio and watch YouTube at the same time. I used to have a T450 but the mobo died
I'm not inclined but I like to repair shit so ideally it should be easy to fix, I replaced screens and stuff on my old laptop
>>
>>107731565 (me)
as it turned out, the charger doesn't sit tight in the socket, and the display flickers because of the loose connection
>>
>>107733757
Never in my life I would have a loose charger connection, because the wisdom said it will cause short-circuit.
>>
>>107733832
What I meant to say is that every time I wiggle the charging cable, the connection is interrupted and then restored because the plug doesn’t seem to be securely seated in the laptop.

I don't think that's very likely to actually happen, the US usually just slaps huge tariffs on stuff when China gets better at making a particular brand of product then them. I don't even mean the recent round of random Trump tariffs. It's more like how the US put huge tariffs on BYD rather then force American EV companies to compete with them
>>

capitalism, state run or otherwise, cares about profit and it's all in data centers.
>>
>>107729473
probably most of it will be re-purposed away from 'ai' as much as possible. enterprise was still the biggest demand before ai. about 60% of the current market is coming from amazon, microsoft and google who are also the big data center people anyway.

If it was something so diminutive and ubiquitous, it wouldn't have had to make it myself. I guess you're just upset it wasn't your idea to make a file manager in fzf that completes filepaths in the shell, sends files down the pipe, changes directories without changing your command line, etc, etc. Arbitrarily configurable preview commands through a preview wrapper. If it's so dismissive, why is it such a benefit, and why do no distros have anything like this set up out of the box?

nta but lmao "bitch ass normie taste" seethe more dumbass. music streaming has virtually everything. yeah maybe if you're extremely autistic and just "need" to have 30 copies of the same album because you just really have to have the 1987 Japanese CD or whatever the fuck.

I listen to tons of obscure non English stuff and there's literally more available on Spotify than music trackers, it's easier and faster to use, and Spotify gives me great recommendations constantly.

I got psy opped into joining music trackers because of a bunch of dumb fuck autistic boomers like you insisting it was totally necessary and worth it. Waste of time.
>>
>>107732507
>literally who downloads music?
i used to think like that too but once you really dig into RED/OPS library you will find plenty of good stuff that you'd never discovered because they never been on streaming sites.
i still use spotify simply because i share a family subscription with my parents and i'm not the one paying for it. spotify is way better when it comes to rap music which is what i listen to the most but RED/OPS is way better for older music and everything japanese. it really depends on what you listen to but if you only ever use streaming sites you will never know what else is out there.
