>>106868159In Lisp, a list is, by definition, a sequence of cons cells where each CDR points to the next one ending with an atom,. If the last element is NIL, this is also a proper list. This is not the only possible definition of "list", but that's what a Lisp list is.
>>106865697With that said, Emacs Lisp is moving more and more towards CL (to the point of including cl-lib by default) while there is nothing of the sort for Scheme.

Anyone has a Kohya_SS LoRa training config for NoobAi V-Pred V1? My usual illustrious based config just gets black screen outputs. Or should I just stay with Illustrious1.1 as a base?

>try macOSWeird scaling since Big Sur, Settings menu has bipolar disorder, all the good widgets cost actual physical money >try Windowseleven different design languages in one, and they're not even trying to pretend that Windows Shell can work on anything slower than a quantum supercomputer (see NVIDIA documentation on Windows increasingly requiring more GPU resources just to idle), and the animations aren't even good enough to justify it >try Xfce/LXQt/LXDE/Budgie/Cinnamon/Deepin/etc.Dogshit Xorg DE is dogshit, anything without Wayland on a Unix-like system is a meme >try GNOMEInherently un-ergonomic design, GTK weirdness, it looks really good though - have to give them that >Le window manager with a Waybar shell!!They made five for Niri and not a single one allows you to adjust drawing tablet sensitivity without having to edit a .txt config (WMs don't come with text editors preinstalled and you have to manually set file extension associations)I've tried them all, I've even tried ReactOS, yet I keep coming back to KDE Plasma, it is ergonomic, it is lightweight as fuck, it is so customizable I gave up on it halfway through because I couldn't decide how I wanted my desktop to look, it has proper fractional Wayland scaling support, it is the most mature with HDR thus far through Kwin, you can turn it into a tiling window manager with one script, how did the Germans do this? Is this the best desktop GUI in the history of desktop GUIs?

And make no mistake, they are moving in the GNOME direction, they're just slow rolling the cancer.Hell, Linux in general is fucking garbage, but so is Windows and MacOS, they're all trash. Hell, computers themselves are fucking trash.
Why do shitholes like this still exist?>need product today>only thing on the shelves is DUANGPOOPMEER brand garbage marked up 500%>store offers to "order" better thing for you>you could just order yourself in the same amount of time, for less money>everything it offers inhouse (setting up a sound system, IT, etc) is just nappy headed inner city kids who dont know anything

How do you rip a DVD video disc? I need some good old school entertainment on my Laptop without a DVD drive.
For DVDs I use vobcopy (to remove CSS protection) then Handbrake to convert the VOB files to MP4. For Blu-Rays you will need something like MakeMKV. MakeMKV works fine on DVDs as well, but it's not opensource and the eventual goal is to have everyone pay when we're all done beta testing it.
>>106874182Never had any issue with MakeMKV>>106874306>the eventual goal is to have everyone pay when we're all done beta testing itIt's been in "beta" for like 15 years
