Remember when Elon told the Russians "nice try" after they briefly blocked/hacked Starlink in Ukraine? Starlink did patch some of the holes the Russians used, but it was a short-term fix. What Elon didn't realize was that the Russians kept improving their jamming tech and kept hacking it. But they just stopped using those methods in Ukraine and stopped using it over wide areas. Why? Because they're also using Starlink for their own purposes. The Russians are even using Starlink Mini receivers on some of their drones now. You can find pictures and videos of downed Geran-2 and BM-35 drones with Starlink Minis strapped to them.

So while they stopped using those attacks across Ukraine, they had sent the tech to Iran in the months before the protests. And they were ready for an attempted Mossad/CIA color revolution. That's how Iran was able to block Starlink and also roll up most of the insurgents using it. I don't know if they received Tobol or Kalinka from Russians but my guess is they received both. Clearly they got Kalinka since they were able to pinpoint Starlink locations of terminals. From what we know, Tobol is used over a much wider area and its purpose it to mess with Starlink signals (GPS from what we know but unless you're a glowie, we will never know).

I think since Windows 10 hibernate doesn't dump all your available ram size to the disk, only the amount of ram that's actually in use.
I have a Windows 10 laptop with 16GB ram and hibernate enabled, the hiberfil.sys file size is usually around 6GB to 8GB.
