This troon (confirmed) thinks his shitty "art" still matters and refuses to accept technological progress. Is there a technical solution to calm down such mentally unwell individuals?
To make it even sadder, he is trying to spam 10+ old memes while being a FULL GROWN ASS MAN playing dressup on the internet.

youtube used to have a cool feature "as seen on" or "featured on" and it would show you the website, cant remember if it was more than one but you could see a direct link to a website where the content was posted, this was usually a forum. then you could also search specifically to find other media that was embedded in that community, it was so cool to find weird shit you liked.
>>
>>106496120
Total aitroon extermination.

If you posted a picture with characters missing fingers, having weird ass eyes and other manhorrors beyond comprehension, this means you didn't ACTUALLY looked to the picture.
Which means it don't matter to you.
AIctivists keep posting the worst dreadful slop because GIBE MONI PLOS IM REAL ARTIST.
The picture don't actually matter.
I have more respect for furries that use the tool to generate porn than aictivists, because they want the picture to look like an certain specific way, and will fix mistakes.

Just received 3 of these in the mail. $20 for each. How am I doing /g/uys?

Considering AI accelerationism, the probability of the Tkinter developers fixing emoji support is effectively 0%, and a true accelerationist would argue that this is precisely the point. Instead of waiting for a stagnant system to change, one should abandon it for a superior one or build a new one entirely.

Writing correct bounds checking is actually quite annoying. Especially so if you are working with binary files loaded into memory.

if((ptr + offset + length) < end)
error;

Consider the above, its wrong because of overflow. Its an absolute pain in the ass to make sure that every bounds check respects overflow. Sure you can make helper functions, but there are so many different variations that it quickly becomes a mess.
>>
thinking that this check or the accumulation of safety checks like this in software will lead to perceptible degraded performance is autism

Just about every modern CPU will play anything you throw at it. Not even modern CPUs, you can use something from 3-4 gens ago and still be fine. Even a Zen 1 chip is fine still. Garbage thread.

Even a rockchip SOC can play anything in your path

I went with AM4 because I got a shell of a build from a garage sale for originally $80 but I talked them down to $50 since it was just a PSU, RAM, MOBO and all the fans, pretty good deal.

My PC costs around $400 with a 9060XT total. Life is good. Probably will never upgrade to AM5 since the 5800X3D exists and that's a beefy CPU to play anything I want. I stick with 1080p, I sit 2.5 feet away from my monitor and I've literally never noticed any pixels with 20/20 vision, just werks.

I can play pretty much anything I want and it plays at high fps.

Computers used to be great. Even just starting them up used to be an entire event. It was both exciting and calming all at the same time.

Now, modern PCs startup within 10 seconds after which you're constantly bombarded with ads every 30 seconds.

i think its wrong to have nostalgia THAT far back. i loved the internet/computers when it was just closed off "secret club" forums, passionate people making stuff like myself. you dont need to go back that far back for when it was great.
the feelings you describe here about it being exciting and calming was just the novelty of it all. but you are totally right they wont get that feeling of discovery because theres phones, laptops lying around everywhere

I was shocked and appalled when I realized my country was like alone in its choice of PAL (PAL-N).
Fortunately most decent TVs and VCRs were also NTSC compatible so it wasn't that much of an issue.
It took me years to realize the "tint" knob wasn't useless.
>>106498424
It was dogshit but released like 2 decades earlier before PAL.

Why did they change every TV station in the US to 59.94hz instead of coming up with a color system that works at 60?

>funny proteins are folded in a way that they become sentient beings that chase specific microorganisms to self replicate
with CRISPR technology why can't we just reverse engineer viruses and eradicate them
1 reply and 1 image omitted. Click here to view.

>with CRISPR technology why can't we just eradicate viruses
same reason why we can't eradicate malware just because we have debuggers and reverse engineering tools and decompilers.
>>
>>106498258
1) they dont chase around, but more like merely bump into a compatible organism by chance
2) immune systems can be trained to detect and eradicate viruses, sometimes. in case of HIV, the virus has a tendency to mutate its defining features so often that antibodies you (would) induce with a vaccine become pointless

>>
>>106498258
They aren't sentient retard they are just self replicating. You breath in proteins all the time, most 99.999% of them do jack shit this is like fuzzing the program of your body
