Am I the only one that gets annoyed when you get this on a PR for stupid little things and not massive breaking changes or significant security vulnerabilities in your PR? Or am I being overly sensitive?

You're overly sensitive. If every PR has has shitty little bits that are recognized, not fixed and let in then the code base will just turn to shit that much quicker. If anything, it's precisely because little things can be addressed quickly and easily that they shouldn't be allowed to pass a code review in the first place.
