How do I get rid of Creedence APVS Volume that appears on my Mac?

Creedence11M6270.SECUREPKITRUSTSTOREASSETS_SECUREPKITRUSTSTORE_Cryptex

This APVS Volume appears on my computer—visible in Disk Utility, but not the Finder. I can't get rid of it, or unmount it. It happens at the same time that my computer won't let me save any sorts of new files to my disk. Is this related to recently installing Sequoia? What should I be looking for to resolve this?
