so what country is best to park a VPS against censorship now considering burgerland might be compromised soon and EU is going the way of the cuckold? I want to purchase a VPS:

-With monero
-Ideally no logs (at least claimed...)
-Country with strong privacy laws
-Minimal censorship

I will be building it to be bypassing any censorship/dpi, probably putting it behind some cdn so that it remains unblocked. TLS is the biggest point of compromise I think? (Example: VeriSign gives their root cert over)
